In what is one of most ghastly actions I can ever remember seeing from a member of Congress, Harry Reid took to the floor of the Senate and said cancer patients were faking it and called the Koch brothers "un-American."

Reid says these cancer patients are liars. They're faking it. They're part of a conspiracy.
Cancer victim Julie Boonstra, who Reid said was faking it, continues to insist that she has cancer and wants an apology from Reid.
Boonstra forcefully asserted her honesty and told host John Gibson she demands an apology from Sen. Reid:
JULIA BOONSTRA: He is saying, in my opinion, that I am a liar and that the people who have come forth who have had, you know, a negative outcome due to Obamacare, that we are liars and we are telling tales, our stories are untrue,tThat’s not the case, he is not in reality. He is not listening to the people. Obamacare – it drastically has affected my life. I believed the president when he said that if I had a health care plan that I liked, I could keep it. That was the lie. I am not lying.

Isn’t there a way to remove elected officials when they become unable to function anymore? This needs to be looked into by whomever can do it...
And if we still had appointed, not elected senators, this could be handled by the state legislature in a matter of days, if not hours.
Of course my experience on that subject is nil.
Reid’s “war on women.”
I know this is a serious topic, but you made me LOL.
I saw Reid giving his little speech and just couldn’t help but think he is a small man and an evil bastard put in office by the unions and criminal element.
1. I suspect Reid would enjoy that - I don't think his preferences are quite normal.
2. Most patients with advanced cancer are quite weak and have little endurance (at least the ones I've known). While Reid isn't terribly manly, he is probably barely strong enough to stand up to someone who is dying of cancer.
Government as applied by a mob-connected criminal.
Just when you thought Reid could not mutate into a worse type of slime he does.
More proof that liberalism is a mental disorder.
Remember the first guy who complained on the radio about losing his policy during cancer treatment and the insurance agent who helped him by reminding him that HIPPA was still in force and policies can’t be cancelled while the patient is sick - I thought I heard that his treatment was reinstated along with the cancelled policy.
why aren’t these patients invoking HIPPA?

A weak, barely able to walk woman, in her late thirties, accompanied by her wan, weepy children of 8 and 10, bursts onto the floor of the Senate, and with her last strength runs toward Dingy Harry shouting "You evil b@$t@rd! 0bama took my insurance away!! 0bama took my insurance away!!", takes a giant theatrical swing at him with a cane and misses by two feet (just enough to be framed by the cameras), passes out and starts to bleed from her nose and mouth.
He ducks, slips, falls, slips in her blood, gets back up again, and stands over her staring, mumbling "The Tea Party did this. This is the Tea Party's fault".
Preferably two weeks before he stands for re-election against a strong conservative candidate. No matter how hateful, biased, and dangerously Marxist the MSM is, they would HAVE to show footage that good. The DNC would have a stroke, and disassociate itself from him within thirty minutes.
