This is inspired by a flurry of Facebook posts and comments:
Lot's of potshots are being fired over the Super Bowl ad presented by Coca Cola on Sunday night. Those who were offended at hearing a patriotic song about America sung in foreign languages, are being labeled racist. And those who embrace multi-culturalism are being call unpatriotic. While it is probably somewhere in the middle of both, I am one who felt slighted by the ad.
Facebook is ablaze with the debate and I will add that while I agree with this comment somewhat:
"I loved the ad.... Can anyone imagine how we look to some in other Countries? We ARE the shinning "city on the hill" and if somone who wants to be a part of that city and wants to sing America the Beautiful in their native language then so be it. Grow up !"
...I still feel that multi-culturalism does damage to the nation because now anyone be whatever they want to be in America, except just American which is now something less than ______ American. Once upon a time people, my ancestors, came to America because of the new life it afforded them. Being Italians, they came to this country legally, through Ellis Island, and assimilated into American life. read more...

Well, what do you know....looks like my account is banned too... That’s too bad.....I was so looking forward to posting stuff later...
Yet here it is...how amazing is that...
he’s some news...you are clearly obsessing over me and my “blog”... you don’t address the content of my posts and are therefore irrelevant to the conversation...
carry on...
Exactly. Why excerpt something when you can post it in full here?
Because you deceptively placed it here.
hes some news.
Who?
you are clearly obsessing over me and my blog
Don't flatter yourself. Pretty much any mook writing on Examiner gets equal time.
you dont address the content of my posts
That's because the content ain't posted here, Zippy.
carry on...
I shall.
The Coke website has a long list of products, providing a handy reference for selection (or non-selection) of their wares.
.
All of the extraneous bullshiite that has come to infect the NFL Championship Game is one good reason why I did NOT tune in for even an instant, yesterday.
Rather, my daughter,SIL and I went to the theater to see LONE SURVIVOR.
I believe that the time spent at the theater was much more meaningful to the 3 of us.
I will just ignore him from here out...

That decision didn’t hold very long.
then why worry about it?
oh and so there’s a spelling error in the comments...I just love smarta**es whose sh*t don’t stink...
thanks for your comments...
You're welcome.
Wonder when Coke will come out with a “Cokexist” bumper sticker?
Hey I’m just a guy trying to share what I write online...If you hate that I blog, remember my name and don’t look at my threads...otherwise...please stay on topic... what is your opinion of the super Bowl Ad?
nice! :)
Yeah, when I saw that Muslim woman in full shihab outfit, I knew this commercial was propaganda. Muslim women get their heads sliced off if they get caught drinking or eating western food. Especially from infidel America.
I will be boycotting Coke soda from now on.
Well, actually.. you seem to be trying to get hits on your Examiner blog.
If you really wanted to share what you wrote, you would post it here in full.
So that pretty much blows up your "sharing" story.
I have already writtne my sentiments, on the YouTube page, as of this morning, and true to form, I got one reply about Agenda 21, another reply that the song was written by a Confederate Soldier hopped up on morphine, and another that tried to call me a racist, because I stated that it is to be sung in English, only.
Time for another round of “Not buying New Coke!”
Humblegunner is not a troll. And he’s no banned or suspended. Anyone can put that comment on their homepage.
I know, I know. The people who put those stickers on their cars have no interest in actual coexistence. They want to ram their ideology down my throat in the name of multiculturalism.
So why excerpt it? Why not share it full on Free Republic as you use the site funded by the members to gain readers?
No body has asked you not to post your writing or a link, they are just asking, as Jim Robinson has asked, if you use the site to promote your writing, share your writing in full.
ignore forever commencing now...
Some look better than others.
