I just heard the strangest report on KABC radio — that neighbors of Waxman who has lived in his Bevery Hills home for 40 years are complaining of a “smell” coming from his place. I know nothing more — but interesting.

With the retirement of Miller and Waxman we are seeing the end of the watergate baby who served uninterruptedly since being elected in ‘74. I say with that qualification because Rick Nolan who was elected with them but retired after three terms in 1980 came back in ‘12. So he is actually the last with only 8 years seniority(unless he loses this year).
