that neighbors of Waxman who has lived in his Bevery Hills home for 40 years are complaining of a “smell” coming from his place.

Well he looks like he's been dead for a number of years, so I can understand the smell issue.

It was really a report from a guy in the field on McIntyre in the morning on LA radio about 8:55 a.m. No one on air followed up on it — but really odd and caught my attention.
