Now, let me post a quote from a piece published today about Ukraine titled Bloodlands, and I will put in red brackets substitutions in the U.S. context -snip-:
It is far more a criminal syndicate than a classic totalitarian regime. The tactics Yanukovych {the Obama regime} has employed as president forging alliances with oligarchs (who have funded the presidents political party and also made him vastly wealthy personally); hiring gangs of brutes to cow potential opponents; assassinating opponents who didnt get the message from the thugs or who refused to kowtow; aggregating power in the hands of a single party held together by greed, the lust for power, and the fear of retribution; the thoroughgoing corruption of the justice system and the courts; the eventual strangulation of parliament {Congress} were all previewed in the late 1990s and the early years of the new century when Yanukovych was governor of the Donetsk oblast in eastern Ukraine {an Illinois state representative and then U.S. Senator}. There, Yanukovych {Obama} honed his capacity to acquire, and then hold on to, a form of power that is cemented together by personal loyalties, financial cupidity, and fear rather than by any common ideology. Call it clan politics; call it Mafia politics; call it whatever you like, only dont call it democratic. Yanukovych {the Obama regime} may have come to power through the formal mechanisms of democracy (although the legitimacy of recent elections in Ukraine {the former United States} is certainly open to doubt). But as EuroMaidan leaders {screeching American harpies} such as former world heavyweight champion Vitaliy Klychko {Ann Barnhardt} have long insisted, Yanukovych {the Obama regime} has destroyed constitutional governance in Ukraine {the former United States}, and Ukraine {the now-overthrown United States} can no longer be considered a democracy.

When Ann gets her game on, she’s a good rhetoric writer. This is when her game’s on.
How much unrest in Ukraine will Putin allow before intervening?
Just one man’s opinion; When it hits America, the first thing the people should do in order to truncate the carnage is take out those responsible. Thus, those in DC and elsewhere need to rethink what they are doing to this country and change before the piper begins to call out their names.
He’s already in there. Most of the people in the Yanukovich government have KGB credentials from the USSR era and there is no such thing as a “former KGB-agent”
The oligarchs have a well stocked plan for their own sequester while the chaos, starvation, disease, and slaughter unfolds and runs its course.
No Doubt...probably sooner rather later.
Anybody remember the name of that “Marauders” chub from Doomsday Preppers last year? I think I might know some people who can test his body armor with.

Thanks for heads-up. Worth the re-run but I’ll check out the comments there (and check next time) as well!

Blimps in DC to guard against ‘cruise missiles’. I’m thinking they mis-spelled ‘Cruz Missiles’.
Never heard of Ann before, but I just watched the first 4 segments of her lectures on the economy. A very interesting person. She seems a bit self-destructive in her personal life - shutting down her business, refusing to pay income tax, etc., but she seems very intelligent and articulate, and makes a very clear presentation of basic economic and banking facts. Nothing she said contracted anything that I know, but I admit I only have a basic knowledge of accounting practices.
There are two sayings; where there’s a will there’s a way and freedom is not free. I agree that much suffering will rule those days if it comes down to it. I pray that we as Americans never have to visit such a challenge on our own soil. As well and God willing, I have faith in the ingenuity and resolve of patriotic Americans.
So you want the mods to take it down? This is the first time I've seen it.
There’s no evidence that message was sent by the Ukraine government.
No. I just do that so next time this poster will do a more careful search for titles.
Well, I'm glad he didn't search all that hard, else I'd never have seen this article. There's no way on earth that a productive person has the time to catch every single thread on FR, every day.
