On Oct. 1, 2012 the Obama administration started awarding bonus points to hospitals that spend the least on elderly patients. It will result in fewer knee replacements, hip replacements, angioplasty, bypass surgery and cataract operations.
These are the five procedures that have transformed aging for older Americans. They used to languish in wheelchairs and nursing homes due to arthritis, cataracts and heart disease. Now they lead active lives.
But the Obama administration is undoing that progress. By cutting $716 billion from future Medicare funding over the next decade and rewarding the hospitals that spend the least on seniors, the Obama health law will make these procedures hard to get and less safe.
The Obama health law creates two new entitlements for people under age 65 – subsidies to buy private health plans and a vast expansion of Medicaid. More than half the cost of these entitlements is paid for by cutting what hospitals, doctors, hospice care, home care and Advantage plans are paid to care for seniors.

Obamacare was always based on devaluing older folks as “unproductive” and caring for the young (who of course don’t need much healthcare).

As is always the case, when you want to know what is in a Democrat's heart of hearts, look at what they accuse their enemies of doing.
The unborn, seniors, the disabled (well, the disabled unborn are already taken care of), it's on their "to do" list, to be revealed one at a time.
Yup. Just like the Brits. He wants all the old to die off. That saves all those social security dollars and medicare dollars. Plus, if a military or government worker retiree, that check also. The sooner we are all gone, the more they save off our deaths. That is why they want us all dead. I have my SS, my military retirement and my VA disability. I am a triple whammy to get knocked off by them. The sooner I am dead, the more they save. I would venture that a grand majority of military retirees are also on VA disability. Thus in the boat I am. That saves them millions to knock us all off. The millions in SS dollars by killing us all off by about 70 or so will save them billions. We are on the hit list with the big circle on our backs.
How one treats babies, old people, and pets, is the true person you are dealing with. Considering he kills babies, kills old people, and eats dogs, I'd say the bloom is off this rose.

Since only Democrats voted for Obamacare, then only Democrats should have to obey Obamacare. Since Republicans repute Obamacare, they should not have to participate in the destructive program.

admit you with the words, “Under Observation.”
Insist on being admitted as an “In-Patient” designation.
Otherwise, you will be responsible for the hospital expenses.”
