They would have had to buy or steal all the rest. How many people went to that school then? A lot of people keep their yearbook no matter what and there are surely people who have that yearbook. Ditto for the POTUS yearbooks. People from lower classes also sometimes buy the graduating class yearbook.
What office person or library would let anyone borrow “all the copies for a couple of years”? Only someone so close to Obama or someone so irresponsible or someone who had reason to cover for someone. If the borrowing was official, they’d have a person’s name, alleged or otherwise and when they borrowed the copy(ies).

I am not sitting down to ride this merry go round. This is a strange time in the U.S. where laws do not matter if the lawbreakers are from the White House.
