That would resolve the natural born citizen issue since Malcolm was from Omaha, Nebraska.
However Barack Obama Senior acknowledged paternity of Zero to the Immigration and Naturalization Service on August 31, 1961.
And what was his reward?
A rejection of his request for a student visa extension.
That rejection wasn’t until 1964.

I read through the entire INS file dump, and I never once saw the name of the child mentioned. So, there really is zero evidence in those files that the man in the WH is the son of BHO Sr.
So Obama senior acknowledged paternity and we all know there are no liars in the Obama family. LOL
Here it is, and as you can see, the child is indeed explicitly named just three weeks after his birth.

Don’t let yourself get sidetracked by misinformation, the one occasion on which the name of the child is written in the INS docs it was NOT written by the kenyan student. The name was added to a document by an different hand AFTER the kenyan had signed the document, and on the other occasion, the name was mentioned in a handwritten memo by an employee of the department, and might well be seen as nothing but heresay.

Both documents appear to contain the same handwriting.
It is also difficult to compare printed writing with cursive handwriting. Having said that:
To me, on page 14, the person who printed U.S.C. is not the same person who printed U.S.C. on page 34. The “U”s are very different as are the “C”s.
Same with the printed “OBAMA” on the two pages.

I don’t see it as that suspicious or curious. By the time the form was filled out by Obama (April 21, 1964), it is clear that everyone was sick of the guy and were looking for any excuse to kick him out of the US.
Here is a rough time line:
January 21st, 1964 (Page 24) - Unitarian Universalist Service Committee, Inc. writes a letter about a high school girl from Kenya in the US on a student visa, who has left for London.
January 31, 1964 (Page 23) - INS Inspector MacDonald writes a memo about the girl mentioned in the UUSC letter. Says that Obama is considered “to be a slippery character”. Copy of the memo is attached to Obama’s file.
March 2, 1964 (Page 22) - Memo from Robert Suddath (Deputy District Director) about the Kenya high school girl and mentions that she “has been associating with a male Kenyan student at Harvard, one Barack Obama.”
April 21, 1964 (Page 14) Obama’s incomplete I-539 form is submitted.
April 27th or 28th, 1964 (Page 21) - Memo from M. F. McKeon stating that a review of Obama’s file showed he was having trouble with [redacted name] who has since left the US. Was this the girl from the UUSC letter? McKeon goes on to say that Obama “[h]ad not filled in marital status, etc. and employment portion of I-539”. Obama’s extension request is to be held up. The reference to “[t]he wife in the Philippines from whom he is separated is a U.S.C.” is, IMO, a mistake by McKeon.
April 29th, 1964 (also Page 21) - McKeon’s handwritten notation on bottom of typed April 27/28 memo say that Harvard will let the INS know “whether they want him [Obama] back next year”.
May 19th, 1964 (Page 18] - Memo from McKeon states that Harvard is going to “cook something up” to get Obama out of Harvard and the US.
May 27th, 1964 (Page 17) - Letter to Obama from David Henry (Director of International Student, Harvard University) informing Obama that they have “come to the conclusion that you should terminate your stay in the United States and return to Kenya”.
June 8, 1964 (Page 16) - Memo from McKeon stating that “in view of correspondence in his file, Harvard was contacted telephonically. They weren’t very impressed with him and asked us to hold up action on his application until they decided what action they could take in order to get rid of him.” This memo also mentions that Harvard was having trouble figuring out “how many wives he had.” IMO, this memo is a summarization by McKeon of everything that occurred prior to them formally denying Obama’s extension.
June 9th, 1964 (Page 15) - Obama’s April 21st I-539 is formally dated as denied.
As I look at the timeline it is clear that his I-539 was getting extra scrutiny. Compare his prior I-539 (Pages 25 thru 28) and you can see that he was just as incompetent at filling them out as he was the April 21st form. But for the previous forms the lack of detail was ignored by the INS.
Barry was more than happy to leave the work to others and was best known for ceremoniously showing up at cocktail parties and receptions. He did occasionally hold forth at meetings. He cannot write ... never could ... and is not detail-oriented.
He runs the administration in the same manner. He "hangs out" in the den watching basketball, usually with Reggie Love, while Valerie Jarrett runs the shop day-to-day, bringing him memos and setting up the teleprompter.
The guy's talent for "hanging out" is awesome and the whole show is designed to give him credit and praise while deflecting criticism. For example, N.B. the MSM hoopla about "Harvard Law," contrasted with absolute "0" about the disbarrment in Illinois! PR works.
BTW, BHO was not alone at Harvard Law. Quite a few real attorneys who were there with him know the score.
And if wasn't a mistake, then Ann S Obama in the Polk in Hawaii was the same woman as Anna Obama in Seattle and she wasn't Stanley Ann Dunham, who didn't go to the Phillipines until she applied for an emergency passport in 1986.
