Former Federal Prosecutor Andy McCarthy says that Obama is guilty of serial fraud against the American people. He cites several promises Obama made regarding Obamacare and said if an actual insurance CEO made these promises, theyd be prosecuted in a heartbeat.
But he says theres no point in talking about impeachment until there is a political will in this country to make it happen.
Watch:
If he were white he’d never been re-elected, been impeached, and forcibly removed from office with prejudice.
I don’t know about that
It ain’t being black that counts its having a D next to your name
Remember Klingtongs? Wagons circled
All you have to do is be a democrat And you can do or say anything you wAnt
Anything
Bush? No new taxes Pilloried
Nixon? Railroaded for 3rd rate burglary
See?
FYI
I just saw that and he is right. Congress and the Senate do not have any balls. Congress has the votes but not the senate that is why the 2014 elections is extremely important.

Obamas Massive Fraud

After one year of competition on an open insurance market, how would non-mandatory Obamacare rate in terms of new policies, customer satisfaction, customer privacy, customer recommendations to others, and profit margins?
After five years of insurance sales, would non-mandatory Obamacare still be operating at a net financial loss?
Could a non-mandatory Obamacare be packaged for sale to a private Insurance Company?
What would be the Fair Market Value of the privatization sale of non-mandatory Obamacare?
He could massacre a troop of girl scouts on the White House lawn during the Easter Egg roll, butcher them, barbecue them and serve them to the participants and he still wouldnt be impeached. And if you criticized him about it, the press would say its a black thing and accuse you of being a racist tea party rethuglican for bringing it up while licking their fingers and asking Michelle what kind of spice rub theyre using and request more macaroni & cheese and a refill of their kool-aid
I agree, but Obama’s blackness is the only reason he is in the White House. Otherwise, we would be talking about impeaching Hillary. His blackness counts for a lot, and it insulates him from scrutiny.
It was great to see someone speak about this issue on air.
Like another FReeper said, (with what Obama has gotten away with), “the country owes the Nixon family an apology”.
I’m referring to the long string of scandals, conversion to socialism, destruction of the economy and the middle class, attacks on constitutional rights, etc...that go far beyond what any white presdent has ever done. The refusal to impeach based on color. Its just nuts...
“Serial Fraud”?....
Serial fraud is nothing compared to the hundreds of other crimes he has committed against this country and our laws. He is LONG OVERDUE to be spending the rest of his days in prison.

I think it goes deeper than color. I think Obama has been untouchable because Soros and his communist-Islamist alliance have threatened to make another run on the bank and collapse the world economy. September of 2008 was just a display of their ability to do it, and once they proved they could do it, they threatened whoever couldn’t be bribed. We know that in Oct of 2008 Soros and his stooges Axelrod and Emanuel threatened the media company heads with anti-monopoly annihilation if anyone in their company allowed reporting or commentary on Obama’s eligibility issue or Muslim leanings. They told their on-air personalities that their careers would be over if they allowed those subjects to air, and their lives and their loved ones’ lives were in question.
One of those personalities signed a statement explaining what had happened and gave it to PI Doug Hagmann, who investigated and corroborated the story with multiple eyewitnesses, handwritten notes, etc. Hagmann came out with the story in 2009 but quieted down on the issue shortly thereafter. A well-placed source has said he did that because one of his sources was killed and he wanted to protect another source who was especially vulnerable. I reported this stuff to Mike Zullo of Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse and he followed up by confirming that the threats did happen and that the source Hagmann was worried about had since fled the country with her family, in fear for their lives. Eventually Hagmann agreed to let another reporter look at his evidence and report non-confidential information, and he reported that Glenn Beck left Fox after the Van Jones take-down because his secretary was getting daily threats and intimidation and Fox refused to provide a bodyguard for her.
Since then we’ve had the sudden, basically uninvestigated death of Breitbart and what was considered a bomb threat to Rush Limbaugh - both on the same day as Arpaio’s team announced probable cause and an ensuing criminal investigation of forgery and fraud involving Obama’s BC and selective service registration. The Breitbart coroner may have been influenced to not officially look for a small red entry hole for a potassium chloride assassination dart because Michael Cormier, a tech at his office, was blatantly poisoned with arsenic a few days before the autopsy release and his doctors basically refused to treat him (let him go without testing in spite of classic arsenic symptoms and Cormier saying he believed he had been poisoned - supposedly letting him go untreated because they thought he “only” had perforated bowel, which is fatal if untreated...) When Cormier’s death was noted as a possible means to intimidate the coroner into sanitizing the Breitbart autopsy, the LAPD stepped in to lie about what happened with Cormier and cover up any possible connection, while at the same time refusing to investigate Cormier’s death even though it would have been a cinch to find his killer because the symptoms appear so suddenly a half hour after exposure. We’ve also had Michael Hastings’ death by a car explosion he had told his friend that he feared that very night. And Sharyl Atkisson had her computers turn on and off in the middle of the night, apparently to intimidate her into silence shortly after one of the White House thugs had cussed at her and told her to stop investigating Fast and Furious and Benghazi. James Rosen and his whole family had their phone lines tapped. A reporter who had done an expose’ of corruption in the Coast Guard had her confidential notes stolen by federal agents without a warrant for those notes when they were executing a warrant for her husband’s potato gun...
The long and the short of it? As long as the media can be threatened and/or killed into silence and will mock people like Freepers when we are the only ones left who will state the obvious... impeachment will not be successful in ousting anybody.
BUT impeachment is a way to get access to the evidence and expose the truth TO NON-FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT who actually CAN protect themselves while investigating potential state crimes committed by the Obama regime’s key players. And if Congress had the balls and wisdom to use that leverage perhaps something could come of it. For instance, if the HDOH was exposed as crooked, criminal scum (who broke every law in the books to create forged and falsified documents to cover for Obama’s ineligibility) at the same time as Congress got rid of all the pork to Hawaii, maybe somebody there would wake up and smell the coffee - realizing that the rest of the country doesn’t particularly like having our national security (and the country’s actual survival) jeopardized by the mafia in HI, and we are willing to do what it takes to stop that, even if we’ve got a crooked criminal in the AG’s office obstructing federal justice...
I think we have to do a no-BS assessment of what parts of our protective infrastructure are compromised/infiltrated by enemies and come up with a strategy based on what we still have left to work with. Impeachment won’t work to oust anybody because the US Senate has been taken by the enemy. But impeachment CAN work to get access to the evidence which can then be used by STATE law enforcement which may still be intact. The media and courts have already been taken as well, although the utter failure of Obamacare is waking up normal people to a level that is emboldening some of the media people to tiptoe forward with stuff they should have been proclaiming loudly years ago.
Good listing of events. In the past regular world, that type of stuff would havd seemed so grandiose and conspiracy nuttified thatbno one would have believed but in our current administration we’ve seen enough to know that its very possibe. I have developed some contacts that have been confirming a lot of this “nuttiness” to be true. I truly do think we are living in end times. All the signs are there and a tetrad bloodmoon elipse isn’t far off...; )
yes...I hope those congress critters get some guts
I’m preparing my family to be ready for anything. Arab Spring could well be on its way to America, and the most important preparation is to be clinging to Jesus and knowing that staying in Him is the only way through the times ahead.
Even before I saw your post I was thinking how much more believable my theory is now, after just a fraction of the lawlessness has been exposed, than when I gingerly suggested the Soros communist-Islamist alliance threats of economic collapse just a couple years ago. It sounded crazy but what I was seeing didn’t make sense without it. Obama didn’t run the FCC or the NSA at the point that the known threats were made. He didn’t control the AG’s office, and for all Bush’s faults I don’t think he would have sold the country over to a known enemy combatant unless there was a threat that he couldn’t stop. A friend of mine who is in the military assured me that our National Guard would have been able to handle race riots in the major cities if necessary. Bush was in charge of the military and federal law enforcement at the time, and what public reason would be given for race riots if Soros, Axelrod, and Emanuel were arrested for making those threats? They’re all white. If there were riots it would only expose that Soros has a rent-a-mob at his beck and call. Because the perpetrators of the threats were white, the race card doesn’t work as Bush’s reason to not prosecute those threats on the media heads. It could explain his unwillingness to pursue Obama’s ineligibility, but it doesn’t explain his refusal to expose and prosecute the crimes that ENABLED Obama to uphold the lie that he’s eligible.
Somebody had SOMETHING on Bush. If there was something personal it would have been used long before then. I believe they told Bush they would collapse the world economy if he didn’t do as they told him. And the public statements he made on the same day as McCain suspended his campaign (immediately after a phone call with Obama...) suggest that was it. He said that Armageddon was upon us if we didn’t pass TARP, even though TARP is a drop in the bucket - a small appeasement - compared to all the toxic assets out there. It was merely a signal that the US political process was not going to stand in the way of Soros and his allies. And they haven’t. In all the America-destroying moves this regime has made, the political process has never stood in the way of Soros and his communist-Islamist allies.
Ted Cruz and Mike Lee are beginning the fight, with some help from people like Jim Inhofe, who within 6 weeks of standing with Cruz has had emergency heart surgery and lost a son in an airplane crash. And this is what we can expect if the rule of law is abandoned, as Congress has allowed the executive branch to abandon the rule of law and instead use all the weapons intended to protect the American people - to instead threaten, intimidate, and silence them.
