A covert game of hide and steal among the United Nations Agenda 21 Project, the U.S federal government, and Indian tribes will result in irreversible consequences that will let the feds control all national water rights. According to a press release by small ranchers and property owners in Montana, “Circuit Court Judge Cameron Wogan in Klamath Falls, Oregon, refused ranchers’ requests for a temporary restraining order to allow their cattle and horses access to drinking water.” Their main water tributaries were shut off in June of this year after tribal demands on rivers and streams feeding Klamath Lake turned 100,000 head of cattle into herds of animals dying from thirst.

Under this, if you want water, you will be compelled to obey the federal rules, whatever they are.
This is why one of the big priorities of Tea Party conservative congressmen should be to return vast amounts of federal land takings to the states. By doing so, they will set “the agenda” back perhaps 80 years or more.
They also need to create a law that clarifies that “navigable waterways” means just that, and that they are the limit to federal jurisdiction. They are going to have to knock seven bells out of the EPA and other agencies to do it.
There may well come a day when every federal employee may have to carry a piece for protection... not by choice, by mandate or EO.
Sad, too bad native americans couldn’t just move back to china or siberia or africa where they originally came from themselves... but that wouldn’t be faaiiirrrr.
