Dereliction of duty is an Impeachable Offense, as stipulated in the US Constitution. Dereliction of duty is also a US Military offense subject to a Courts Martial.
Will our sorry Congressional RINOs do their usual kid gloves, "boys will be boys" approach to Obama's numerous violations of the US Constitution, or will they FINALLY draw up The Articles of Impeachment for B. Hussein Obama?

Team Petulant may, however, find the closing of national park venues and not funding venues/programs related specifically to military veterans backfiring. The Petulant in Chief’s approval has dropped a few more points to 37%.
That approval drop could be the reason Obama seems to actually be working in the WH today by having 4 different meetings scheduled with selected caucuses from Capitol Hill.
All of these shutdowns say “Hey, whitey...this is for you”.

Congress Authorizes and Appropriates. The executive branch Executes the Authorizations by Congress made in the form of laws / bills and paid for by Appropriations. The executive branch does not get to choose which Authorizations / laws / bills it Executes on BEHALF of Congress i.e. THE DULY ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES OF THE PEOPLE... people who are the bosses of the elected representatives and the executive. The executive is to have limited discretion to act on items not addressed by the Congress but only in emergencies.
So much for civics... it doesn’t matter anymore.
Anything can be an impeachable offense, if the house says so.
