despot Odungo
Then it’s the DESPOT”S FAULT for shutting down the govt!! What a little, little boy he is.
"We want to negotiate! We don't want a shut down!
We want to negotiate! We don't want a shut down!
We want to negotiate! We don't want a shut down!"
But I suppose, even if they do that, the media will still report that the inevitable shutdown is the fault of Republican stubbornness.
Like the lame duck has any more political capital...the Obamanistas are about to be rolled back. Tea Party wave coming.
He Is One Arrogant SOB!
OMG — it’s time for Putin to intervene. He’s drawn another line...

That is pretty much old news.
Sure it is not the first time that a veteran community organizer has gone to a bank and told them in no uncertain terms that they will give him more credit. Very few people have ever told Obama “no” in anything in his life. He simply does not know how to negotiate. That is why he is so ineffective and astonished by Putin.
“President Obama - I Will Not Negotiate The Debt Ceiling”
Great. Let’s shut it all down!
You NEVER negotiate with Americans, you dictate.
You ONLY negotiate with America’s enemies....because you’re largely on their side.
DO ANOTHER SEQUESTER!!!!!!!!!!!
And make them try to say “look how horrible the last one was!” (No one noticed except that they cancelled white house tours)
If they try to say the last sequester was so bad and its the evil republicans fault, and the republicans to not laugh in their face, they are even stupider than i think they are.
I can’t believe they let the democraps get away with saying how much fallout there was against republicans for the last government shut down- I dont quite remember it that way. All that happened was that government employees got a free two day vacation WITH PAY
Will someone not rid this meddlesome president of his crayolas? Stand firm Republicans. Obama has noting to offer anyway.
I think you have hit the proverbial nail squarely on its metaphorical head.
Article I, §8: "The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts...[and] To borrow Money on the credit of the United States..."
Incurring debt using the credit of the United States is a reserved power of Congress. It has nothing whatever to do with Obama.
Whether he "will negotiate" or "will not negotiate" is meaningless - there's nothing for him to negotiate about.
Obviously, Congress is going to repudiate this massive sovereign debt at some point - they might as well get on with it.
The real problem is reducing the debt by getting rid of programs...instead of adding more AND getting things moving like fracking, the pipeline .
Stop the owl crap and the frog crap and open up some areas to lumbering and drilling and mining. W need progress. It's the only thing that works as the population grows.
Nothing will ever change until people start to say that this is NOT "the way it is".
