The matadors bright red cape and his agile moves to anger and tire the animal are the outstanding metaphor used by Attorney W. L. Albert. Moore, Jr., who is bringing an Amicus Curiae in support of lead appellant L. Dean Johnson in the request for an Alabama Supreme Court oral argument in yet another case dismissed by lower courts in the Barack Obama eligibility saga.
Moore, no relation to Alabama Supreme Court Justice Roy Moore, is a nationally certified fraud attorney who has a completely new angle on the American political nightmare that just will not die. Moore told CiR in a very lengthy phone interview on September 3, that the real issue is not the eligibility clause (2-1-5, US Constitution), but the fact that Obama would not or did not register for Selective Service, thereby signifying his LOSS of US CITIZENSHIP! The issue is not Obamas status at birthObama probably is an NBCbut rather...

I think we all know the answer to that question.
As I understand it there are many other anomalies with this but that aside. The assumption is that someone took a Jul 29 2008 stamp and modified it. So my question is does the post office saves stamps? If so for how long? If they do then one might ask a few Chicago area post offices to produce a Jul 29 2008 stamp and thus might be able to find the source of the modified stamp? Just asking.
I thought you just went to jail.
Actually, the truth is neither will happen. The last case that was prosecuted was 1986 (which only resulted in a fine) and since then the government has refused to prosecute SS dodgers for fear of public backlash against the selective service system.
Although I’m not 100% certain I’d bet the clothes on my back that you can’t lose your *US citizenship* yy not registering. It seems possible that you could lose your Green Card by failing to do so but not citizenship. That’s not to say that there aren’t penalties. But given several SCOTUS decisions over the last 40-50 years it’s very,*very* difficult to lose one’s US citizenship short of formally renouncing it.
That signature does not look like the signature of an 18 year old....just sayin
Look at the thugee!
Was he using his current name back then?
Everyone already knows that the problems IS NOT the birth certificate- it is that he is not a citizen.
It will go nowhere.
Sorry.
So what’s your point. All the babble about O hasn’t removed him from office. And as far as I can see from the judiciary, he will serve out this term (no one in congress has the spine to impeach and find him guilty). The only question left is will he leave office at the end of his term or follow his buddy Hugo Chavez into elected once served for life
The only known consequence of not registering that I know of is not being able to hold a Federal job. No bennies for you!
Ditto. I had to register after my release from the U.S. Navy; I enlisted at 17.
Ok, but that other one still doesn’t look like that of an 18 year old.
Photoshop
I didn’t realize that pic was so big....
“LOST his citizenship by not registering for Selective Service”
Good grief, get a life. You don’t lose citizenship status by not registering.
You birthers need to stay a bit more real world.
The code string in the upper right-hand corner (identified by the word “FRAUDULENT” in fuscia) has also proven to be inconsistent and is a “one off” numerical string queer to this single application.
Surrounding applications (ending in both 31 and 33 do not use the equivalent string.
