You better at least get ready.
Theres a buzz being fed. Warren gave a speech to the AFL-CIO today, and the draft Warren talk is starting.
Elizabeth Warren is totally wowing @AFLCIO convention, Wonder if she'll enter the race if Hillary, for some reason, doesn't run. #AFLCIO13

@greenhousenyt Outstanding speech. I would not be surprised at all if Draft Warren groups sprung up in Iowa, New Hampshire.

@greenhousenyt @AFLCIO DEAR GOD YES, PLEASE, YES, OMG, THAT'S WHAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN #DRAFTSENWARREN (sorry for the caps!)

There is no bigger and better demagogue in American politics. No one is as keyed into the politics of victimhood as she is.
The former law professor also will demagogue and run against the Supreme Court:
Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren and AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka denounced the United States Supreme Court on Sunday as a right-wing panel that serves the interests of corporate America, previewing a theme that is likely to rise in prominence with the approach of the 2016 election.
On the opening day of the AFL-CIOs convention, Warren the highest-profile national Democrat to address the gathering here warned attendees of a corporate capture of the federal courts.
Warrens reception in Los Angeles also underscored her core appeal to the progressive base of the Democratic Party. Her entrance into the convention hall was greeted was effusive applause; Trumka hailed her as an honest-to-God champion, the real deal and a senator who stands up to billion-dollar corporations and Wall Street on behalf of working people.
And indeed, the former Harvard Law professors speech was a populist paean to the role of labor in fighting powerful interests [that] have tried to capture Washington and rig the system in their favor.
Im beginning to think Warren will run even if Hillary also runs.
Well be there. Reminding people of what she has worked so hard to have people forget.
@greenhousenyt @instapundit @AFLCIO Of course @SenWarren will .enter race if Hillary doesn't > your study guide http://t.co/3j2q1JeDXk

You don't appreciate Native American culture.
Satan is mocking us with all the bizarre events in recent years.
This is just more evidence of the biased media.
They treat Conservative women as threats who must be destroyed while cheerleading fake indians.
Paleface Lizzy.
Please let that be true. We might actually win an election for president.
AFL/CIO is hemorrhaging members over its support of Illegal Alien Amnesty and regressive Free Trade. Their influence is dying...mainly because on key economic issues they have become very anti-American
>”Please let that be true. We might actually win an election for president”<
Heck, we thought the same thing when Obama showed up. Even Bill Clinton thought Obama was only qualified to serve him Coffee.
Be careful what you wish for. LOL
first native american female president? right. whiter than wonder bread.
I work in MA. The far left progressive worship her just as much, if not more than Dear Leader. Almost everyone else despises her.
“All the Ugliness, Twice the Stupidity”
I would just as soon vote for Cindy Sheehan, or Jane Fonda.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Good grief!!!
Are people on the Left just naturally drawn to liars?
Why no one in the MSM will dare question or challenge Obama for fear of being called a racist, no one in the MSM is smart enough to realize when Warren is lying and call her on it.
I saw her interviewed on CNBC about her efforts to bring back Glass-Stegall (which in and of itself is agitprop--the separation of banking and investing was a very small part of Glass-Stegall), and the CNBC interviewer was not smart enough to challenge her claims about the causes of the 1980s Savings and Loan crisis (she claimed it was caused by Reagan's deregulation efforts).
The primary cause of the S&L crisis was an inverted yield curve. The deregulation efforts were an attempt to allow S&Ls to offer broader financial services because they basic model (passbook savings financing mortgage loans) could not work in a financial environment with an extended period of an inverted yield curve.
I think the only people on the Republican side who could debate Warren on economic issues are Paul Ryan (who, because of 2012, is now damaged goods), and Rand Paul.
First, potential Republican candidates need to understand the rising populist trend and co-opt it. This happened before, where Ronald Reagan built a populist coalition which co-opted the post-Watergate populist trend which propelled Jimmy Carter into the White House.
Second, potential Republican candidates need be able to, like Ronald Reagan, speak intelligently and confidently on economic issues without sounding like a used care salesman or a wonk. They need to go back and watch all of the YouTube videos with Milton Friedman.
Not so sure about that. Practically every Democrat in the Washington universe is keyed into the politics of victimhood, so she has plenty of rivals for that distinction.
That would take care of that team in Washington?
