In the meantime, there seems to be an sata issue where the drive shows up as a question marked folder. Nully has more info as he’s. Looking at it.

If there's a serious problem, hold down the Option Key while booting and select recovery boot and reinstall drive as the boot disk. Try and repair the Mac HD and reboot. If it won't boot as the boot drive after a repair, reinstall OSX from the recovery boot drive option.

Well, if it were a TV that would be an improvement considering the vast amount of glop that passes for news, weather, sports, and 'entertainment' over the bazillion TV channels now available that you now won't have to watch..

However, since it is one of those computer type devices and you would like it to, um, you know, work like one, this is a nonsalubrious manifestation..

And since it is one of those Apple thingies, and considering that the last Apple I worked with was a IIc, I'm afraid my pc/IBM/DOS/windoze semiexpertise will be of no help.

Any Mac gurus out there? Nully needs a hand.
