Yes lets all leave and have NO voice what so ever. Much better.

I will keep voting for the best candidate, note best is a VARIABLE VALUE. If you have a choice between a Cold, Flue and Brain Cancer the COLD is BEST to have

I won't vote for a liberal(R). Period. The GOP-E needs to understand that a lot of folks feel that way. As far as I'm concerned, the GOP-E can go the way of the Whig party.

Why is it that every election we move further and further left? And when do we get to the point where our society is so bleak that it just doesn’t matter anyway? I’d say we’re pretty close and if something doesn’t happen soon I’d welcome a solid, principled third party and let the other 2 try to out liberal each other. Scott Brown from Mass. has put his feet in the water for 2016 and it led me to thinking how sad it would be if one day a pro choice ‘republican’ was nominee, and worse, what it would say if he won.

I gotta disagree with you.

We have DONE the ‘vote for the best’ thing for decades now.
The cold has turned into the flu and cancer is just on the horizon.

The Republicans think we work for THEM. WE need to show them they either shape up and represent US again, or they’re toast - like the Whigs.

We’re at crossroads here. Either we rise up and fight the fight ourselves with OUR OWN party or we let the current parties lead us to destruction. Those two parties only represent 1. Quick demise or 2 Quicker demise.

We CANNOT sit and wait for Republicans to save what’s left of this country. It’s painfully clear that they are NOT interested!

That's addressed in the article.

"We can only go up from defeat."

In other words, electing mush or failing to elect mush is a defeat.

For if even one truly principled member of a new Christian Party is elected it will be better than 280 useless Republicans in Congress. An example of truth will ricochet manifold, in or out of office. By contrast, several hundred liars successfully elected to Congress only depresses the national character and smothers the flame of Christianity.

“Yes lets all leave and have NO voice what so ever. Much better’’

You have no voice at this point. So what’s the difference?

Sorry. We have NO voice now. Look at what has happened to our country, look at the path we are on, look at the debt, look at the absolute legal abandonment of the Constitution, look at the worst nightmare of the Orwellian leviathan state that is congealing around us. Look at our status in the world.

The country is on a fatal path, and probably too far gone to rescue.

The only possible hope we have is that we can scare the GOPe into realizing that if they don't become a serious principled opposition to the totalitarian agenda, they will lose the only thing they care about -- their own feathered nests and political offices.

Your "strategy" has been tried and found wanting. What you propose is no longer rational.

If America is going to Hell, which it appears to be doing, the Republicans need to go with it.

Having no voice is better than my “voice” being in support of Godless anti-Christian representatives.

If you think those creeps represent your “voice” adequately, that is your business.

In 2000 the GOP ran a man for POTUS who went before this nation and stated he and Mr Gore were not that far apart on most issues. That man in eight years with the help of the likes of RINO's in key congressional positions he helped put in office over Conservatives paved the way for the abuses of Obama. Among the worse? Lamar Alexander.

Thanks to the My Party Tis Of Thee Roveite voters the Democratic Party has each election taken both the GOP and this nation further and further left beginning withe the beloved of RINO's Poppy Bush from which the GOP-E has had control since 1989. Think about it. Ever since 1989 the Bush Liberal Elitist have been working hand and hand with the DEMS. The last GOP POTUS who would even listen to the Christian Conservatives was Reagan. He not only listened he took in advisers from same.

The GOP has come down to this the words spoken to GW Bush at the 2000 GOP Convention I think it was. Ford said about the Christian Conservatives and all Conservatives "Where else can they go". That arrogance must end. You make be their loyal no matter how hard you beat me I'll still love you GOP Loyalist but many more have opened their eyes and are fixing to walk out.
