This is an old video, but it sheds light on the low character of Arizona's John McCain. McCain has always stopped any inquiry into POW records because he doesn't want us to know what HE did as a POW. This is why he is so easily manipulated by Democrats.
Is he being blackmailed? You decide.

McCain is a collaborator, my guess he doesn’t want people to find out.
I seem to recall McCain and Kerry teaming up to stop “a full accounting of all American POWs” from being put into the Vietnam Normalization Treaty. Not sure I have the name right.
Another McCain problem is Stockholm Syndrome. He will go from fighting something, to agreeing, then helping his opponent. “You have nothing to fear from an Obama presidency!” At times he seems to be signaling “please don’t hurt me”, which may be understandable considering what he went through.
McCain is afraid that there might just really be someone still out there who knows what he did as a POW. McCain is garbage!
McCain is treacherous garbage
The people of AZ wouldn’t believe any truth brought out about McPain anyway; they are truly his underlings.
Until one of you armchair heroes produces objective evidence, this sort of conjecture only makes you look very small.
McCain has already admitted that he collaborated with his captors under duress.
There is another story.
That they let him stay in a hotel etc.
Though to be fair, I believe ranking POW Bud Day says McCain was okay in the camps, and Day won the Medal Of Honor for his service therein. I don’t know what Day says now, but that’s some fairly strong credential.
I would not judge someone who collaborated in order to avoid horrific brutal torture in an enemy prison camp.
But there is no question that McCain has done great damage to the United States since his service in Viet Nam, and it is a legitimate question to ask why.
If he collaborated under fear of torture, he should say so -- who would dare judge him for that?
One thing is true -- the U.S.A. would be much better off today if John McCain had died for his country back then.
McCain is a brainwashed communist!
They should have kept him!
Bob Dornan is on that tape and he’s not happy with McCain.
“If he collaborated under fear of torture, he should say so — who would dare judge him for that? “
I would and will!!!
He’s nothing short of a traitor!
“Song-Bird” MeCain !!
Does it? I would disagree with you. The other night, Fox showed video of McCain arguing for immigration reform, shaking his fist and yelling about the "eleven million people who live in the shadows" and deserve to come out.
McCain is an enemy of this nation.
Collaboration in war under torture .... probably. Collaboration with Progressives under blackmail threats .... intolerable. Same with Petreus .... the academies are supposed to instill honor, integrity, etc., but both have folded like cheap suits when under pressure.
