Sheriff Arpaio's lead investigator Mike Zullo just concluded a new interview this afternoon at 3:30pm central time and revealed that he will get Congressional movement on Obama's fraudulent documents after their summer break. He also revealed that they have in possession two Hawaiian birth certificates from 1961 that reveal that the term 'Negro' was used for black babies instead of the term 'African'.

So if these images are evidentiary in any manner, they are evidentiary of Okubos obstruction of my initial UIPA request, since I never asked for the parents names, only the names of the children. She has the names of the parents right there; why did she refuse to do a search on that basis?

And the names of the father are redacted?
Gotcha.
BTW,have we seen that (MAE) used with any masculine names in the Index Books? I don’t think that I did.
I think Mae Obado is a mean absolute error entry for 10611. What would be interesting would be a print-out of births for 1961 in order of certificate numbers...
How many ‘mean absolute errors’ would you expect to find in any four year period?
The death certificate HAD to be issued by day three. So, as the family had not settled on a name by day three, it was issued in Tomiyo. I think the BC must be issued by ten days, whether the child lives or not, but I need to double check that.
I don’t know that the BC WOULD be issued in Tomiyos name - they had used his name because the time frame for processing the DC was so brief by law. As far as I know the BC first name field could have been left open, or perhaps had “Baby Girl” there since the family had planned on naming her, and likely indicated so to the hospital staff who assisted with the completion of the paperwork.
Five years. All the Index Books cover five years.
The ONLY Index books that spanned just four years were the ones AFTER the books containing BOTH of Stanley Anns marriages. Marriage By Bride. Marriage By Groom. Cute, eh?
Birth Index Books have no date of birth listed. It would not have mattered if obama was born in 1962 even - as the only data in the public books is childs name and gender.
The death certificate HAD to be issued before the BC was processed - it was needed for transporting the body and burial. By regs it had to be completed no less than three days after death. The BC did NOT have to be processed prior to the DC, that much we do know for a fact.
How could the parents have buried her as Tomiyo according to the death certificate...
The number of her birth certificate shows her to have been born two weeks AFTER she died...I guess that can only happen in Hawaii?
Wasn't there a delay in her funeral arrangements? Did the family need to wait for the amended document before she could be buried?
But more to the point, what happened to the certificate number GIVEN TO TOMIYO SUHAHARA. Is that number 10611 the MEAN ABSOLUTE ERROR?
That is the Birth Index of Hawaiian Birth. That is not the Index obamas name would/should have been in.
There were four different types of Birth Index Books.
My bad, 1960 to 1964 is five years...
The article at the link states it's a list OF THE NAMES OF PARENTS...(with the father's names redacted) so I take that list and the others at the website to be useless.
I’m going nuts...the article states the list is the names of the parents, but BOTH parents names are redacted!
There was no delay in her burial. The Interrogator went to both of the cemeteries where she was buried and was given decent answers to her questions. A deceased newborn does NOT need a BC or have to be “named” prior to being buried. I personally spoke with one of the cemeteries and they were helpful with answers.
Virginia was moved from her original resting place and reburied with her father sometime after he had died.
Our researcher spoke with Mrs. Sunahara at length. I have never posted that video out of respect to Mrs. Sunahara.
And we are to assume they did that without any documentation of birth? You don't think they used the documentation of the birth of 'Tomiyo' for confirmation of the identity of the dead infant? How would they have established who she was?
Methinks the death certificate was issued in the name of the infant born on August 4. Tomiyo Sunahara. Amended two weeks later to Virginia, so she could be buried with her own name.
Do you know the date of her funeral? I have a vague recollection that there was a delay in her burial. I am not questioning your research, I am very aware of the trouble you went to...I would just like to establish, if possible, what happened to the certificate number for Tomiyo Sunahara, mistaken name or not.
They hadn’t named her. She was entered under the name of her father. They couldn’t bury her as Tomiyo. They amended it. They issued a birth certificate two weeks later that was 400+ numbers in the future. What might be found in place of the original entry?
Effective in September 1963, NCHS was reorganized, with the Division of Vital Statistics becoming one of five operating divisions. This reorganization separated support activities, such as data processing and publication activities, from the substantive vital statistics program operations. Thanks for falling for a debunked document, and obviously the instruction manual is no good either.
Virginia Sunahara was initially buried Sept. 28, 1961, at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, also known as the Punchbowl, at 2177 Puowaina Drive in Honolulu, in Section U Site 966-F.
Her father died March 26, 1968, and Virginia was disinterred and re-buried alongside her fathers cremated remains at Mililani Memorial Park in Waipahu in October 1968.
It was assumed that she was buried in Sept - due to the “records” at the VA, which had been determined to be incorrect.
Mrs. Sunahara did not say that Virgina was buried in Sept. That was one piece of data that was never confirmed one way or the other. Due to the record keeping issues with that cemetery.
That is going based on my memory - I would have to dig around to be certain, and THAT computer needs a screen before I can get back on it. Nothing got transferred. :(
The attending physician signs off on the DC. That’s how that works.
