There was talk, at the time, that Roberts had something to hide about his adoption, and that he caved on threats of being exposed- and possibly losing his child.

Given that previous generations of Supreme Court justices had officially clarified that the states have never delegated to Congress via the Constitution the specific power to regulate, tax and spend for public healthcare purposes, justices should have decided unanimously against Obamacare.

Instead, activist justices wrongly ignored that Obama and Congress wrongly ignored that they first had to get the consent of the Article V majority via a constitutional healthcare amendment before establishing Obamacare.
