If there is evidence that a crime was committed by Obama in Arpio's jurisdiction then he should take it to the DA and have him indict him. Once indicted, that's grounds for impeachment. Once impeached Obama can be removed from office. Once out of office he can be arrested. But someone has to take that first step. And if that's not what Arpio's goal then why is he wasting everyone's time?

Use the Reed Hayes (CDE) 40-page professional opinion that the BC pdf image is forged and Zullo’s 300 page criminal investigation report (claimed to have additional as yet undisclosed even more damning evidence) to persuade a handful of congresspersons to come forward and demand that the others do their duty and launch a congressional investigation with subpoena power to unlock ALL of identity documents in Hawaii and at Social Security, the State Dept. and the Selective Service.
On October 1, 2013 when Americans receive their new health insurance plans and rates (and many are dumped from their plans or by their doctors or have huge increases in premiums, deductibles and co-pays) Barry will be the most reviled POTUS in US history!

I disagree. Arpaio has rejected that course of action because the best evidence of what Barry’s forged BC is hiding can ONLY be obtained from HI and US Gov’t records by Congress, NOT a DA.
If the Maricopa County Attorney proved Barry’s BC was forged based on the Zullo investigation and Reed Hayes opinion, it would not prove that any information IN the BC was does not “match” what is in the HI vital records, nor does it prove that Barry forged it or had direct knowledge of the forgery. FogBlowers trumpet this as their hole card.
This firewall can only be breached by Congress.

So true. Somebody said that blaming the CIA for the Benghazi debacle was a bad idea. It sure looks that way. Now Obama is aggressively trying to figure out who leaked PRISM, et. It’s as if he poked a tiger & it bit his hand off. Now he’s saying, ‘That didn’t work out so well. I think I’ll do it again.’
His college transcripts are not under lock & key for nothing. The man is just not that bright.

There’s another audio at Birther dot com. Zullo is planning a big push. Sounds like we are in for a treat.
He may not get impeached, but the next three years he may have to live with ear plugs to avoid the insults and prying questions.
I have a feeling it’s going to get nasty as hell as he’s revealed to be a complete fraud.

The poor bastard never learned why America was special. That’s what happens when you grow up in Indonesia studying the Koran, kneeling on a prayer rug.
He doesn’t even grasp the concept of exceptionalism. If he did, he’d reject it, but it’s obvious when you hear him talk about it that he doesn’t have a clue.
Another thing he doesn’t grasp is Keynesian economics. I remember hearing him burble giddily about stimulating the economy, the first time he was granted a trillion or so to get the job done. Anyone who listened to him wd have realized within five minutes that he had no earthly idea what Keynesian economics is about. (Not that I agree w Keynes on anything, but then I’m a supply sider. If I claimed to follow Keynes, I’d at least know the basics of his theory.)
It’s likely a combination of laziness & not-very-brightness. The only subjects that really & truly interest Obama are himself, racial grievance & Alinsky. These are the only areas in which he has a true command of the subject matter. In all other areas, he only imagines he’s an expert.
He’s skated on everything so far—including his inability to even recall the first line of a speech sans Totus. Like you, I see a different landscape now. The MSM are finally treating BHO w 1/100 the scrutiny they gave GWB 24/7. BHO doesn’t handle even that level of challenge well. He’s not used to it. The pricklier he gets, the more entertaining it will be. Should make for a rowdy next few yrs.
