This database would also determine whether or not one is permitted to find employment buy or sell.

I’ve been warning about the extreme dangers to liberty posed by E-Verify for years. Few would listen. Until now.

The Secretary shall develop and maintain a photo tool that enables employers to match the photo on a covered identity document provided to the employer to a photo maintained by a U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services database. (S. 744, page 1,319.)
Not a lot of worries here, actually, since they're putting it in the hands of USCIS.
When it comes to technology implementation, USCIS is the Keystone Kops. Read
this article. Five years and $792.6 million to create a single online form.
At that rate, most of us will be dead (some long dead) by the time a massive "biometrics database" containing information on every American goes live.

In other words, without becoming an entry in a federal database, Americans will be unable to secure a job or freely work where and as they choose! Hmmm...where have we read about something like this becoming a reality?
Unable to buy, sell, work, etc. unless your "mark" is in their data base?

If anyone wants to be on or off the Agenda 21 ping list, please notify me by Freepmail. It is a relatively low volume list in which we have been exploring the UN Agenda21 and related topics. We have collected our studies with threads, links, and discussions on the Agenda 21 thread which can be found here:
