You should be taking Omega 3 fish oil (or flax seed oil) pills for your heart health. Problem is that these pills can be a bit pricey. If you want a bottle of 60 1290 MG fish oil pills the regular price runs between $10.49 and per $12.99 bottle. However, this week the sales price at Walgreens for the Sundown 1290 MG fish oil pills is only $7. But wait...THERE'S MORE!!!
When you buy one of these Sundowns you get a Register Rewards printout for another $7. Normally if you use that register rewards on another Sundown, you won't get another $7 RR printout. However, The Coupon Whisperer learned through a tipster that you will get those printouts even if you pay for a Sundown with a register rewards. As you can see in this VIDEO, The Coupon Whisperer quickly scored three FREE Sundown bottles strictly by paying with Register Rewards. No money changed hands.

PING!
Thanks for this. This is the dosage we take.
Aldi’s is have a great sale on some wire rack storage units
Those stupid things are getting expensive- they have some nice chrome metal ones on sale for $29 each- I am going to get 10 and finally get my garage organized
I have an Aldi’s near me. They have great prices on their produce. Also nearby is Broward Meat & Fish Market which features T-Bone steaks at only $3.99 per pound.
Just read an article on Trader Joe’s, and they are owned by a branch of the same family that owns Aldi’s. Just a bit of trivia for the day :)
We have the FIRST Trader Joe’s in South Florida opening up soon in West Palm Beach. I used to go there a lot when I lived in CA.
I love Aldi’s! Where else can you get a can of soup for 59 cents???
I don’t normally shop at Walgreen, so how do I get the initial coupon, are they available at the store?
I do take fish oil supplements and pay a fortune for a months supply.
As explained in the blog, use the $2 Sundown coupon available in the Walgreens booklet mentioned in the FULL blog and pay $5 out of pocket for the first Sundown only. That will generate a $7 Register Rewards printout and use that to score another Sundown which will be FREE and in turn cause another $7 printout which you can use. You can keep on doing this endlessly aka “rolling” the Register Rewards. Normally you can’t do this but, as you can see in the video, in this case you can.
I use Swansonvitamins.com for most supplements.
They recently added their own store-brand Omega 3 Fish Oil —
1000 mg/180 EPA/120 DHA at $4.99 for 150 softgels.
Occasionally, they run a buy-1-get-1-free.
They also offer a variety of related products.

Aldi’s is my #1 for groceries and occasional special hardware purchases. Aldi’s prices are significantly lower than most area competitors. A gallon of milk, for example, is $2.17 at Aldi’s and $2.75 for the Walmart brand just across the highway. Avacadoes — $0.29 at Aldi’s; $1.09 at Walmart.
I used to use Sav-a-lot but new management raised prices ridiculously high — $3.99 for a head of lettuce that was $1.39 at local competitors.
Wow! I hadn’t noticed the avocado price at Aldi’s before but now I have to check that out.
Aldi’s avocado prices do vary from week to week. I usually buy 4 or 5 when they are under 50-cents each. I have found them as low as 19-cents.
Ok, so now there is a recent study that indicates fish oil does not have the advertised affect on the body.
Better let all those Eskimos who never suffered heart attacks know about those studies. BTW, Eskimos did start suffering heart problems but only AFTER they started eating government food. When they relied entirely on the food they hunted and fished for they had no such problems.
Any more, ‘a recent study’ is useless information. Who made the study? Who paid for the study? What was the purpose of the study? etc...

Several years ago, I read an article about a study of broccoli from a major state university. The study praised the benefits of said veggie.
Later, I read another article about said state university and its agri department. That article praised the agri department for planting (for resell) thousands of acres of a certain veggie. Care to guess what veggie that study endorsed and praised?
I love good meats, but find it hard to pass up 3.99 a pound steals.
Get a good meat-slicer, and slice it paper-thin on an angle (easiest if it is a little frozen) and then stir-fry it with mongolian bar-b-q- sauce
Or cut it into half-inch cubes and simmer it for 2 or 3 hours in some campbells tomato soup (until soft) then toss in a can of corn and peas and canned potatoes and you got yourself a stew!
I used fish oil in much larger doses and feel much better. I dont take one a day, I take 3 or 4 at a time. Its hard to take too much (but you can, so dont go nuts)
FREEZE THEM. TO BAD I AM ALLERGIC TO THEM.
