explain to me how 1000mg coral calcium is only 300+ mg per 1 tab, but bottle says 1 tab is 1000mg. I am suppose to take 3000 mg a day, and that is a lot of pills and a big expense.

Unless you order them or go to GNC you cannot do OTC on this product.

And I can't take the other types, and it has to be magnesium that is not oxide bound.
