Maricopa County Sheriffs Office Cold Case Posse chief investigator Mike Zullo this morning addressed the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association Convention (CSPOA) being held in St. Charles, Missouri. Much of the information that was revealed by Zullo we have already heard but he also unveiled new evidence that we have not been aware of. Commander Mike Zullo appears in the video at the 36:00 mark. The audio and video from the streaming isn't that good but pay attention very closely.

I understand that and possible wrote that badly.
On this Hawaiian BC the penciled code is “3” and for the Federal instructions that means “Indian (includes American and Alaska Indians)”, but as I understand it the parents are not “Indian” but part Asian/part Hawaiian.

All the Congress-critters that I’ve gotten responses from - or seen responses from - rely on either Factcheck’s claims or on the claims of HDOH spokespeople (NOT Onaka, the person legally authorized to verify information from vital records).
But I can prove to you that Factcheck lied; the “seal” they claimed was on the COLB did not “bend” when the paper it was supposedly on bent.
And I can prove that the HDOH altered their 1960-64 birth index to include non-valid records. I can show you that the 2001 “memo” was not posted on the internet as required until the day Obama’s forged long-form was released - because that is the day the PDF of that memo was CREATED. And I can show you the email I got from the HDOH in 2010 denying the existence of any such document clarifying what is on a standard (versus abbreviated) birth certificate.
I can prove that the PDF of the HDOH Administrative Rules (which had previously been unlawfully hidden from the public view) was created on the day my UIPA request to the lieutenant governor was due, which was when it was finally posted to the internet for public view as required by law. I can show the email where the OIP claimed the rules were posted online because that is where they look to see the rules. So a different PDF was in existence that whole time but hidden from public view and a new PDF was created and posted publicly when the lt governor’s office had their back against the wall on a deadline crunch. Why create a new PDF rather than just make public the PDF that the OIP had been using all along? I suspect it had something to do with the sections in effect in 1961 which were so blacked out in the new PDF that they are nearly unreadable - the parts about documentation necessary when a birth is reported to a local registrar.
I can show you the email where the HDOH told me that there was no birth record for Virginia Sunahara, and others can show you the photo they took of the 1960-64 birth index with her name in it.
I could go on a very, very long time, talking about evidence.
The HDOH is criminally involved, and the members of Congress have been unwilling to hear any evidence of that fact. God knows I’ve tried to tell them.

The 1961 manual was revised on August 14th, 1961, so presumably it was not used for Obama’s BC. Zullo says that is why they used the previous manual. Now we need to find out which manual he is describing as there are several and they don’t always line up.

I think it is VERY significant that Arpaio and Zullo recruited a court certified forensic document examiner FROM HAWAII!!
Mr. Reed Hayes must be professionally enraged and embarrassed that his home state officials have been bending over backwards using every weasel lawyerly parsing language trick possible to imply that the forged BC “matches” what is in the HI vital records.
His entire career and honor as professional in Hawaii testifying under oath to the authenticity of documents in numerous court cases would mean nothing if he did not come forward to denounce this forgery, once it was presented to him in a way that he could not honorably evade. The man is like Lot! The only righteous man in the whole state of Hawaii...so far.
Will other honorable men and women who saw his 40 page forensic exposure of the forgery in Zullo’s private presentation this week now feel compelled to run the same gauntlet that the Fogblowers are already inflicting on Hayes?
It wasn’t used by the feds in any case.
The feds didn’t put pencil marks on the birth certificate. They worked from microfilm copies of the full birth certificates.
So the whole claim that the number “9” proved that the race on that birth certificate was “not stated” in the federal manual, which in turn supposedly “proved” it was a forgery, was bullsh*t in the first place.
So it’s bullsh*t from two or three different perspectives. Number 1, as far as anyone can tell, whatever manual was used by the feds, it doesn’t seem to have said what Zullo and Co. said it said. Second, the evidence that they presented to the public was most certainly not from any 1960 or 1961 manual. They faked that nicely enough. Third, even if the federal manual HAD said what they claimed, it would’ve been totally irrelevant, as the federal data entry was done by the feds from microfilm copies, so the codes weren’t written on the original certificates for any federal purposes.

It sounds like Ladysforest talked to Zullo, and he’s trying to blame it all on Corsi. Well, either Zullo was in on the scam, or he wasn’t. If he was, then he’s a scammer like Corsi. If he wasn’t, then he’s an ass whose detective skills are comparable to those of Inspector Clouseau, to let Corsi put one over on him like that. Going before the nation to proclaim the President’s birth certificate is a forgery, and you never ask to see the evidence that proves it? You don’t confirm that? REALLY?
So whichever it is, fraud or total incompetence, it doesn’t really speak well of Mr. Zullo, does it?

UPI changed their report (see http://www.wnd.com/2009/07/103306/ ) so it seems like maybe they weren’t describing what Obama actually said, but putting in their own details about his alleged birth story. I wonder what he actually said at that time - if he referenced his supposed birth hospital at all.
The first reference to Kapiolani as the birth hospital was done by Maya Soetoro-Ng while she was campaigning for him, 3 days before the 2nd passport breach - 3 weeks before the exif data says the photos of the COLB were taken (which Factcheck’s Jess Henig and Joe Miller later claimed to have taken 5 months later than the exif data said...)
I can’t give details but can assure everyone that the wrong manual being cited was an error not a lie.
Wasn't there a BO-favoring judge who recently ruled that all evidence about BO's alleged eligibility had been "twittered and Facebooked to death" and the matter was settled?
