......Constitutional balance to our government that the founders intended.....

Unfortunately, the very real issue of States' Rights has become conflated with "Slavery." i.e., One logical voice of reason vs. 50 million Maya-Angelou-powered screaming Okra Winfreys inspiring the greatly feared "urban riots;" that fear the only cogent reason we have this Mumbo-Jumbo fellow in the WH to begin with.

Are we ready for another Constitutional Convention? Repealing the 17th Amendment might be one good outcome. Placing the states in charge of the taxes generated within their borders might be another.

On to 2014!

And here you are again. You never did get back to me as to whether you were dishonestly counting the "lack of standing" cases as "loses".

This makes me think that you either don't care about being dishonest, or that you are ashamed to admit it.

So what are the actual numbers then? How many loses were there relative to refusals to even allow a hearing? Since you are SOOOOOOOOO interested in keeping track of legal jargon/nonsense court claptrap, surely you have the answer right at the tip of your fingers.

Then you ping me to a post by a known OBOT TROLL. His links have repeatedly been debunked and dismantled by many over hundreds of past threads from non-binding opinions from judges who use the bogus “standing” issue to state rulings that have no ability to overrule the Constitution.

I have just been perusing some commentary from Nero Germanicus. I am suspecting that he may be Loren C. His absolute worship of the legal system (Which a normal conservative considers defunct and riddled with shite) coupled with his style of writing and his methodology certainly reminds me of Loren C.

I haven't looked at ALL of his posts, but I notice that pretty much throughout many pages of them, all he comments on is eligibility threads, and his position is consistently in support of Barack Obama being legitimate.

I have always considered it peculiar that anyone would bother correcting criticism of Barack. It's like Winston Churchill going out of his way to say nice things about Hitler, it is just a bizarre thing for an actual conservative to do. Most of them wouldn't piss on Barry if he were on fire, let alone ride to his rescue in the propaganda arena.

Whatever is going on with him, it smells exactly like the legal and political gyrations we've seen regarding Barry's origins. It is not the behavior of a normal or "reasonable man."

Unbelievable. The members of the Fogbow website are digging into Mr. Reed Hayes personal life and his personal financial background and publishing it online for everyone to see. How low can the scum over there get?

I would rejoice to hear that they've gone even lower. Six feet lower, to be precise.

Yep, he’s an Obot troll for sure. They are all so obvious.

LorenC is a good guess.

It could also be Jamese777.

DiogenesLamp, I think zotted Jamese777 was before your time here.

I can’t remember if LorenC was also Jamese777.

A Fogbow troll who is, let’s face it, begging to be outed. Last night he instructed me to get my head out of the sand by visiting Fogbow. Think about it. Member of FR = head-in-the-sand. Visit Fogbow = exposure to truth & reality.

He might as well adopt a tagline that reads, ‘Retread troll; pls zot at first convenience, thank you’.

Now that you mention it, the unintentionally condescending style tracks much more closely to LorenC than to Jamese777. The rather grand screenname also points to Loren. Jamese was more of a practical troll, not so much ostentatious as just low key, nonstop Obama-shill all day every day.

I’m voting LorenC also.

PS: That hilarious meltdown post about ‘We’re talking DEMOCRATS here.’ was also pure LorenC. Jamese wdn’t have been caught dead typing anything so obvious.

"Are we ready for another Constitutional Convention? Repealing the 17th Amendment might be one good outcome. Placing the states in charge of the taxes generated within their borders might be another"

Repeal of the seventeenth can be gotten around if the states rearrange their primary laws. For instance, to get on the primary, someone would have to be placed there by the state legislature, then the people of the state can vote for whomever they want from a field of candidates that their state legislature has deemed representative of the legislature's business at the federal level. This would both restore the state's abilities to select their representation in the Senate as well as satisfy the Seventeenth Amendment's requirements as to popular vote elections of Senators.

We already have a filtering process as it is in regards to who is able to run as Senator so adding the state's ability to choose the entire field of candidates would not impose any new restrictions. The point is that with this approach, the states can deny a candidate his qualifications to run if that candidate has failed to represent the state's interest in the Senate.

States rights have been backed up against the wall. They are responding and the push back won't end for some time.
