Despite failing in courts across the country, Plaintiffs have continued to file lawsuits alleging that President Obama is ineligible to serve as the American President because he is not a natural born U.S. citizen. However, as set forth above, federal courts cannot grant Plaintiffs the relief sought because the issues which Plaintiffs raise in their pleadings are constitutionally committed to the jurisdiction of another branch of the federal government. If Plaintiffs believe that President Obama has violated the law, their remedy is to alert Congress to the alleged wrongdoing. Congress could then initiate impeachment proceedings with the aid of an independent and special prosecutor.
Plaintiffs could also lobby Congress or the states to pass a Constitutional amendment defining the phrase “natural born citizen” as used in Article II of the Constitution or pass laws requiring presidential candidates to prove their citizenship before taking office. U.S. Const. art. V.
In sum, as fully analyzed above, Plaintiffs’ declaratory relief action is barred by the political question doctrine, is moot, and Plaintiffs lack standing to bring this action. Additionally, the Speech or Debate Clause of the U.S. Constitution bars Plaintiffs’ lawsuit against Congress. Accordingly, the Court grants the motions to dismiss filed by Federal Defendants and California Defendants and dismisses Plaintiffs’ first cause of action without leave to amend. [...]

There is no provision in the U.S constitution for INVALIDATION of office for the President. You cannot make up your own rules. The Constitution is clear on validation, certification, and how to remove a sitting President.
You cannot pick and choose which part of the constitution you agree with.

Congress hasn’t bothered to try clamping down on Obama’s excesses, nevermind his extra-constitutional activities. I doubt they’re going to bother on his eligibility.

By analogy, imagine a coup results in a dictator declaring himself president of the United States, without any of the Constitutional processes followed. Would such a "president" be legitimate? Would he need to be impeached?
No, he claimed the position unconstitutionally. His claimed position would just be declared never valid.
And, I can see Congress doing similar, pointing to a Court and saying it's the court's job, or that a court already decided this (Wong Kim Ark), therefore it is settled.
None of 'em have the decency or fortitude to address the issue head on.

It pains me to have said that, but I’m afraid it’s shaping up to be so.

Yep like that book, he blames it on the publisher making a mistake. How? How do they make a mistake like that? My mother was born in Scotland, my father was born in New York as was I. So if I wrote a book and the publisher put “was born in Scotland” where would he or she get that from? There is only one possible answer: From me! Same with the Kenyan, the publisher got it from him. What other possible answer is there? That the publisher assumed? But wait a minute, why would she assume when he has an American accent? Why would she assume that when his Kenyan father was completely out of his life and there was nothing around to suggest he was born in Kenya? No, the only possible answer is HE said he was born in Kenya! Why would he say that? It’s fraud either way...If he wasn’t born in Kenya then he was scamming his college. If he was born in Kenya, then he is scamming the entire country.
