There is no provision in the U.S constitution for INVALIDATION of office for the President. You cannot make up your own rules. The Constitution is clear on validation, certification, and how to remove a sitting President.

You cannot pick and choose which part of the constitution you agree with.

” and how to remove a sitting President.”

What about how to remove a person who subverted Article 2 Section 1 of the Constitution to usurp the presidency?

Unless he's NOT the sitting president, by virtue of his ineligibility.

By analogy, imagine a coup results in a dictator declaring himself president of the United States, without any of the Constitutional processes followed. Would such a "president" be legitimate? Would he need to be impeached?

No, he claimed the position unconstitutionally. His claimed position would just be declared never valid.

Stop butchering the Constitution.

These are circular logic games by corrupt coward lawyers, politicians, and judges. Scum.

HE HAS NEVER “SHALL QUALIFY”

NOBODY HAD/HAS THE POWER TO SEAT A USURPER

HE’S NEVER BEEN PRESIDENT.

HE CAN’T BE IMPEACHED BUT HE CAN BE REMOVED AND PUT IN GITMO

Then you presumably agree with the 20th Amendment that a President-elect who has “failed to qualify” by Jan 20th cannot **ACT** as President. Right?

The oath of office has nothing to do with when the person becomes President - only with when they can begin to ACT as President. They can never ACT as President if they fail to take the oath and/or they fail to qualify.

Now, what are all the qualifications to be President that are mentioned in the Constitution?
