In this video, a group of officers arrive at a home and, through a closed screen door, demand that the occupants come outside.
The unidentified man inside, along with his female companion, demand that the officers produce a warrant, but they don’t.
When the police continue to demand that they come outside, and order that both occupants raise their hands, the man responds that he doesn’t live in a police state with martial law. He also warns the police that he is video-recording everything.
Eventually, the police breakthrough a side door and tase the man with the video camera. It sounds as if his female companion may have been tased as well.
I have a lawyer that answers the phone 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You could, too!
I thought nobody liked lawyers on this site...you know, greedy and liars and such.

Thank God the home owner didn’t have a dog.... It would have died of lead poisoning... The homeowner should have handed over the donuts.. Then this would have not happened.
They know that it will take you money to sue them and several years.
They should also know that there are hundreds of lawyers who would take such a case pro bono or pay when you win. Get their hands on a taxpayer jackpot? I know I’d sure look at it that way as I sued the ever loving pants off their arrogant blue azzes.
There’s no mention of any newspaper or media reporting this originally, and no mention of when or where in California it happened?

Provided you can find a shyster who will take the case on a contingency basis. Otherwise you could go broke with no guarantee of recovery if you live where bluestate liberal judges abound.

I hate generic lawyers as much as anyone else.

I had always imagined I'd call 911 and announce that I'm being home invaded by armed men, and then I'd announce in a very loud voice to those outside that "I AM AWAITING CONFIRMATION OF YOUR IDENTITY FROM THE 911 OPERATOR... AND I AIM FOR THE CROTCH!!!"

But seriously, its only 99.9% of the (non-freeper) lawyers who give the others a bad name.
