Don't get me wrong, what the IRS did is/is doing not cool...but...let's be honest here...
Because it is a shiny object to take our attention off of Benghazi.
I guess they think that we can’t hold 2 distinct ideas in our heads at the same time. Sorta like them.
On the other hand, they may just be targeting the majority American population of low information voters.
The IRS is going to be a key player in Democratcare. Americans are disturbed enough about it already. The progressives can’t afford for Americans to turn on the IRS at this point.
Pretend to be alarmed, fire some people, and hope it all goes away.

The left and the low info block think it’s just fine to have the IRS set loose on those right-wing ‘haters’ but Benghazi taints their hero Obama. Therefore, “SQUIRREL!!!”.
I actually think the IRS thing is more damaging in the eyes of the sheeple.
After all, targeting conservatives is their job.

The IRS “thing” is bigger than Benghazi. Both are big enough to force this President out of office IF we had a free press in this country.
Hiding his other crimes behind a blow-job worked for Slick Willy. Same game, different specifics.
Also, what about the EPA? Are they targeting businesses with conservative ties by citing them for 'environmental infractions'??? Do business owners who are pro-0bama get a pass even though their violations are clear and indisputable? This needs to be investigated.
What about the TSA? Do they consistently 'hassle' conservatives at the airports? What about the DHS? Are their ammo bulk puchases aimed at denying pro-gun Americans from being able to purchase ammo?
Chairman Issa needs to expand his 'IRS targeting scandal' to ALL U.S. GOV'T AGENCIES UNDER 0BAMA.
I disagree with the premise: The press is ignoring the IRS story as well.

With this gang of crooks it is always possible that they are using Benghazi as a cover for the IRS story leaking. The story was going to be forced out sometime anyway due to all the legal actions.
If they were using the IRS story as cover, they would not have released it on Friday. That is the key indicator. If they lose the IRS, they lose everything. DC will be toast with no revenue.
Because you can trash the IRS without damaging Hillary.
We think it’s a nightmare now...just wait until the state starts targeting conservative Americans for denial of chemo, etc. It will happen.
The Brown Shirt Media will gladly run over for Bozo but EVERYONE hates the IRS. They just can’t do it.
