Benghazi, Boston, green-on-blue attacks ..... all of a piece. We must educate the American people who have been misled and misinformed. The scrubbing of the motive in Afghanistan, Benghazi, Boston, etc. is unconscionable.

The Weekly Standard has obtained a timeline briefed by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence detailing the heavy substantive revisions made to the CIA’s talking points, just six weeks before the 2012 presidential election, and additional information about why the changes were made and by whom.
As intelligence officials pieced together the puzzle of events unfolding in Libya, they concluded even before the assaults had ended that al Qaeda-linked terrorists were involved. Senior administration officials, however, sought to obscure the emerging picture and downplay the significance of attacks that killed a U.S. ambassador and three other Americans. The frantic process that produced the changes to the talking points took place over a 24-hour period just one day before Susan Rice, U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, made her now-famous appearances on the Sunday television talk shows. The discussions involved senior officials from the State Department, the National Security Council, the CIA, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, and the White House.

It was once said that it wouldn’t matter if his constituents saw Obama cut someone’s throat on the steps of Capitol Hill, they’d still follow him.
Only an administration with their Chicago-Little Rock chutzpah would have the brass temerity to turn their own shameful dereliction of duty into an attack on ‘Islamophobes’, and then tender an apology to the murderers.

Seriously....start with the guys who know and work your way back up the chain...they turn this into a series of 5 minute speeches and we’ll end up with nothing...keep the questions focused, and for crying out loud, pick up where the other left off.

Why was Rice put out there to explain it?
My first guess the weekend that happened was that Hillary told them where to shove it because she had no intention of being the point person for the cover-up. They had to have someone and Rice was there and probably not in a position to refuse.

From what I understand, only the President of the United States can give orders to “Stand Down” so since unfortunately that schmuck Obama is the President, it came from him.
“To protect classified information” will be the BS excuse for the alteration of talking points.
The cover up falls apart.
I think folks are still missing the point. You have to take it back BEFORE the attacks: What were they doing there in the first place? These guys were CIA. And they were NOT just collecting intel from the guys on the street.
