What concerns me is: will the public safety exception hold up in court? This Justice Department is not filled with the best and the brightest, and neither are the courts. So the guy is tried and it turns out he was not Mirandized. It's conceivable that some judge could toss this case. I don't know about anyone else, but I don't want this guy back on the streets.

Only what he spews can not be used in court. This is all about the particular questions he will be asked without an attorney. And they will have nothing to do with the two bombs he and his bro set off.

There was a guy who killed a cop in suspects apartment. Cops did a warrentless search for 4 days using the murder exception.

Evidence tossed out.

There is a reason we have Scotus rulings.

I am suspicious that they don’t want to read him his rights.

1. Could it be something to get evidence tossed out.

2. Could it be establishing a precedent to use against Right Wing Christians who are extremists according to Obama.
