A veterans organization in a New York town is fighting for its right to fly a patriotic flag after the city council refused to let the group display the flag, calling it a symbol of the Tea Party with right-wing connotations.
The United Veterans Memorial & Patriotic Association replaced a tattered American flag at the New Rochelle Armory, flying the Gadsden flag underneath it. The bright yellow “Don’t Tread On Me” flag has been used by the Navy and Marine Corps since 1775.
When a city council member complained to the city manager that he found the flag offensive, the city manager initially decided to let the flag fly anyway. But the city council overruled him, and the flag was taken down. On Wednesday, the council voted 5 to 2 to keep the veterans from putting the flag back up.
The council objected to the flag because they said Peter Parente, the president of the veterans group, is a member of the Tea Party and the group wants to use the flag to make a political point....

I doubt that those morons know that The Gadsden Flag is a Revolutionary War Flag. He needs to replace it with a Confederate Battle Flag!
Problem is, once your place of residence becomes a leftist hell-hole, it’s hard to get out. With few exceptions, nobody, not even leftist a**holes, will buy a home in one of these utopias. The taxes are too high, there’s a lot of crime and the schools suck.
If you do not share the Marxist opinion, you will be silenced and destroyed.

When we flew the Gadsen Flag at Klamath Falls, the opposition threw the same fit.

While I have always appreciated the Gadsden flag, it does look mean and all that, but what I’ve always felt is under-appreciated in these times is the Virginia state flag. “Sic Semper Tyrannis” to be better.
“Don’t Tread on Me” seems much more passive than a tyrant king with crown knocked off his head and Virtue with a foot on his chest to be a much more active symbol for our time, and “Sic Semper Tyrranis” to be a more appropriate motto for the times we are in.

The whole country is becoming a leftist hellhole. We need to stay where we are and fight.
We all need to put “Don’t Tread On Me” bumper stickers on our cars and trucks. Even you guys with “pretty” cars.
If you only have one item on your bumper - make it a Gadsen Flag.
Yes of course....because freedom of speech and of expression is only reserved for “special people” (leftists) in this new AmeriKa.
It should be a rule that whenever a town or city body takes a seditious or treasonous position photos and personal data of the degenerate town or city officials should be published with the article. I’m not sophisticated enough to do that.
Whoever claimed to be offended should be a target for harassment and ridiccule; Alinsky the b@$t@rd$!

We WERE watching Fox’s”The Following”,with Kevin Bacon. It is about a serial killing cult that the FBI is trying to find. Recently they have been tying these serial killers with militia and “constitutional extremists”. Last week, the plot showed them finding a hideout filled with cult killing maps and symbols and weapons. Right beside the horrific killing chart was, THE GADSEN FLAG. They can KMA.

Plus, the jobs are gravitating towards the red states, especially Texas. Better now than later. I foresee a day when you won’t be allowed to move.
So do I! But at that point we will not be citizens anymore we will be serf’s tied to the land of our lords and masters.
If you know your history even slaves had more rights than serfs. A Slave was ‘real property’ and had a value.
Serfs were considered to be just a part of the land they lived and worked on. Much like a tree or the crops that were grown. In fact when the land was sold the serfs went along with the sale.
