The copay on my prescriptions increased $80.00 in January.
That depends on what plan you have. If you have regular Medicare you must also have a Prescription Drug plan.
If you have Medicare Advantage, you have more options for coverage, based on your state.
Some MA plans in my state have $0 deduction for premiums (except for the regular Medicare Part D premium). Premiums for those plans may vary. Also, the same with the prescription plans. Some have up to $180 deductible before the plan kicks in; other have $0 deductions and as little as $0 to $3 copays.

It is essential to read the Medicare and You booklet for your state and compare the various coverages listed at the back of that booklet.
Medicare and You for the next year usually comes out in October of each year.

Two of my prescriptions were moved to another tier. I need Advair and Spiriva for my lungs and they are brutally expensive.
As to my monthly check it stayed the same, so far.
