“Benghazi-gate” Is Not The Only National Security Cover-up By The Obama Regime

Our National Security Illusion Built On Cover-ups and Americans forget too easily. The fact that the American people are being lied to concerning the motivation of the Islamic jihadists who attacked the U.S. diplomatic facilities in Benghazi and killed four Americans, the reason for the U.S. unpreparedness for the attack, and the governmental incompetence in responding to the attack is beyond question. However, this incompetence and mendacity is not the only incompetence and mendacity that the regime of President Obama is covering up. On November 9, 2010, a Los Angeles CBS news crew in a helicopter videotaped a flying object streaking off NW into the stratosphere leaving a contrail behind it with the exact profile of a ballistic missile after launch. The Obama regime denies that it was a missile. Here is the video for you to judge for yourself. Based on the location of the CBS helicopter, it is estimated that the missile launch occurred about 30-35 miles west of Los Angeles from a position in the Pacific Ocean north of Catalina Island.

I can only imagine the feeling of panic that would be caused in the populace if this incident were confirmed and widely publicized. It would be a shock for some to consider the vulnerability of our country. Couple this incident with the supposed detection of the Russian sub in the Gulf last year (I think it was last year), and Americans should be feeling more than a bit uneasy.

Not this again. As much as I hate this administration, you can't lay this one at their door. That contrail was an inbound airliner. It runs the same route every day and when conditions are right you see the same contrail. There were, at the time, dozens of articles, photos and posts from people who live under the flight path who verified this.

The Benghazi failure stands alone without trying to add this crap.

Not long after the photo in this discussion was taken, I took a similar photo of a jet contrail in the sky. It looked quite similar to this photo. There is no question in my mind that I simply could not tell from the photo whether the jet was coming toward me, or going away. (In actuality, the jet was going away from me, though it looked like it was coming toward me in the picture). It is totally plausible that the photo in question was a contrail from from a jet going away from the observer, rather than from a missile coming toward the observer.
