Based on the URL in your original post, you have a pretense for using spaces in your addresses. If your host switched to a .NET or IIS6 engine, instead of automatically converting the space to an ampersand character (%20), it just sends back a bad request error.

In 9,999 out of 10,000 times, things like this are technical issues. I’m not saying I know exactly what the technical issues are, but that that’s what it pretty much always amounts to - or else - a lousy provider (the blog site, that is ... ).
AND ... a lousy provider is to be considered a technical issue, too (in other words, they just can’t get it right!).
