Kerry's non-honorable discharge

There is overwhelming evidence that the Navy gave John Kerry either a dishonorable discharge or an undesirable discharge which is the equivalent of a dishonorable discharge without the felony conviction and that, as a result of such discharge, he was stripped of all of his famous but questionable Navy awards and medals. And the kicker? The evidence is on his website!
Kerrys oh-so-clever handlers evidently depended on the ignorance of the public and the press about military records when they posted his 1978 Honorable Discharge from the Reserves on his site as part of a carefully selected partial release of his Navy records (the Navy says it is still withholding about 100 records). However, one diligent researcher, Thomas Lipscomb, saw through the scam and exposed it in a New York Sun story on Oct. 13. Predictably, the major media has shunned the story.
What Mr. Lipscomb noticed (and I overlooked when I first read the document) was the date of the posted discharge, Feb. 16, 1978. This was six years after Kerrys six-year (1966-1972) commitment to the Navy ended. The anti-war detractor of our military did not re-up for another six-year term in 1972, so why the delay of his discharge? The only logical conclusion is that the 1978 honorable discharge was a second discharge given to replace an earlier undesirable discharge under less-than-honorable conditions, as unfit for military service.

We have an illegal immigrant in the White House, so what’s a secretary of state with a bad conduct discharge, a communist “green czar” or a treasury secretary that cheats on his taxes?

Sure it was. Carter gave it to him. Gave him his medals back, too. It’s sad what this country has become. But what can we expect when there are retards voting.

You know, Obama probably knew all about this while in the Senate.
Wouldn’t it be ironic if this convinced him HE could get away with his scam?

Three purple hearts in four months without so much as a scratch to show for it. The swift boat veterans who told the truth about him were called liars by the Left, after serving their full tour instead of cheating their way out. Does anyone remember him parading himself as a hero, with that stupid Benny Hill salute and saying "John Kerry, reporting for duty!"?
They said he wasn't running as a Vietnam veteran. Oh no? He trotted out the uniformed actors in his televised campaign speech. I have nothing against running away from combat, by the way. It's instictive. But in doing so you shouldn't also label yourself as a hero.

I’m wondering if the original discharge was for any actual misconduct, or because his attitude and speech about the highly controversial Vietnam war had changed and been noticed while he was still in service.
However else you might feel about Kerry, the Vietnam War involves as many complex responses as does current feeling about the unfunded Iraq War which was based on what we were told about WMDs.

Meeting with the enemy on your own initiative during a time of war and taking part in anti-war demonstrations while still in uniform tends to make an honorable discharge less likely.
