Does this include rice ? Because I eat white rice about a quarter of the time, complements of a healthy Chinese takeout menu. And my b/f is Japanese besides, the skinniest, longest lived people alive.
Cut out wheat. I discovered that I have a mild wheat allergy & cut it out a couple of months ago. Decades old issues cleared up right away, and although I’m normal-sized I lost weight for the first time since I was a teenageer.
Thank you! Calories in calories out concept is a joke. So is Big Govs food pyramid. I’m pretty sure the corn and grain lobby paid for that once upon a time.

I am 66 yrs. old and sick and tired of dealing with people’s disapproval of other people’s weight. - I’ve dieted a lot of my life; but mostly didn’t pick up weight until after 40. Even then, I wasn’t grossly obese; except in the eyes of the “who’s who and what’s what” PC dieters’ opinions - and they tend to think if you’re not skinny as a stick of spaghetti you’re too fat.
I’m hungry, and I’m gonna eat. I have to cook. Don’t feel like being hungry and not eating like a human being. - The BRAIN is composed of fat. We need fat; lest we get alzheimers. - Today this is good, that is bad. Tomorrow it’ll be something else. Besides, Michelle has done got on my one good nerve about food.
Calories dictate weight gain or loss. Exercise produces stronger muscle which increases metabolic burn rate.
If you do not have a particular problem which prevents you from burning calories (thyroid) you can eat anything you want and maintain your weight as long as you do not over eat calories.
