Cut out wheat. I discovered that I have a mild wheat allergy & cut it out a couple of months ago. Decades old issues cleared up right away, and although I’m normal-sized I lost weight for the first time since I was a teenageer.

BTW, it's not exactly an allergy ~ has to do with genes ~ you have the originals ~ folks without a problem eating wheat are the mutants!

As we age those genes get to take over and protect us from loaves of bread, beer, and soy sauce.

Also makes shopping much easier ~ 10 minutes tops at any market on Earth!

Now, the bad news ~ you'll notice your sensitivity to wheat becoming more extreme the less of it you eat. We all eventually reach the point of worrying about where was that knifeblade, last, and recoiling in horror upon learning somebody cooked pancakes on the part of the grill our fried egg is now.

I concur. Cutting out wheat cleared up my allergies and my arthritis some.

Cutting out wheat greatly diminished my hay fever, but it didn’t work with poison ivy, and I’m not sure it would work with medication allergies.
