WASHINGTON D.C. - Though resident of the District of Columbia are denied the right to voting Representation in Congress and to control their local affairs rights all other United States citizens enjoy the residents of the District of Columbia have been exclusively granted by Congress a right no non-District of Columbia resident possesses: The right to a post-election challenge to the qualifications for office of any elected official. That statutorily-granted legal standing to challenge qualifications is found at D.C. Code §11-1001.11(b)(1).
Accordingly, Montgomery Blair Sibley has this day filed a Petition for Review in the District of Columbia Court of Appeals seeking to challenge the qualifications of Barack Hussein Obama, II to occupy the Office of President of the United States. Additionally, Mr. Sibley has filed an Omnibus Motion in that matter seeking subpoenas for Mr. Obamas: (i) original birth certificates, (ii) Selective Service and Social Security records, (iii) college applications and transcripts from Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard Law School and (iv) his passport records all documents Obama has refused to reveal

Lotsa luck! Fat chance of anything coming from this!!
This has been a rather unfruitful allocation of effort, resources and expectations.
Akin to urinating into the wind, but expecting different results.
(Unless it merely gives one a warm feeling)
your tag line is EXTREMELY depressing.
There’s still 50 days left to his first term.
This proceeding is also known as the “Quo Warranto” procedure as suggested by Judge Carter of Orange County, California in his ruling of October 2009.

Yeah It’s fun to dream about this but nothing will come from it.
We no longer have the rule of law in America.
The law is what Obama and his minions say it is.
It's too bad we didn't find this out a few years ago.
I could just drop it and have a new tagline. I have to make sure to change the number everyday. Maybe it is depressing! I just couldn’t tell when I started keeping track, because that was right after the election and that was uber-depressing!

A challenge in Congress could occur at the reading of the ballot results from the Electoral College, as all it takes is one Congressperson to motion for it and a Senator to endorse it.
It would require a Senator with cojones.
Can you think of just one Senator capable of actually standing up and defending the Constitution before his or her peers? (I can’t).
This isn’t new. Judge Carter advocated this in October 2009.
Ok Quo Warranto - the article is bit misleading.
If the reward is right, the information will surface. Anything can be bought. Thus far, no one has offered enough for someone to come up with it. Trump’s offer might have tempted a person with access to take a shot. Challenging Barry was meaningless!

Eligibility will not be allowed to trump the voter’s choice will be the rallying cry.
My freshman civics class taught that Natural Born Citizen meant born is USA to American citizens (mom and dad). I figured that is why they stated our front that his father was Kenyan/British and obfiscated it with the birth certificate issue.
If I had won the Powerball I would spend at least 3/4ths of it to fund a team that absolutely would not quit at getting Obama impeached.
With enough money you can buy a POTUS.
Or impeach one.
There seems to be an unspoken respect for the office that is standing in the way of confronting the problem with this man when the man is as destructive a person to the very foundations of this country as we have ever seen since it’s beginings. So is it safe to say that they will allow the destruction of this nation rather than separating the office from the man and confront and defeat the man to save the office?
