Tracing the walking history of this mystery box of write in ballots Florida Election Board auditors found somewhere in or around Gertrude Walker's St. Lucie County headquarters is proving to be quite daunting.
And the Allen West-Patrick Murphy recount continued early this morning after being suspended late last night. These write in ballots of 306 early votes somehow missed being counted because machines "kicked them out." With Election Supervisor Walker now hospitalized, we may never know what happened.
Her administrative assistant Annie H. Clark told me, "They didn't find no ballots," but canvassing board member Todd Mowry said the auditors' find "was noted."
Kathryn Nelson, canvassing board member who voted against the new recount," told me, "Those ballots just were not included in the official count."
Rumors on comment rolls began to surface about this mystery box late last week putting it in a high school gym somewhere. The Tradition Hall polling place computer came in late and even Colonel West himself decried the chaos on election day, especially at the Minsky gym location.
The machine under Walker's supervision kicked out 306 write in ballots that had to be manually tallied, but somewhere along the process this box disappeared and later was found by Florida state auditors. "You color in a bullet" (bubble) some man in the audience of recount watchers told me.
But a retired school administrator who with his wife is driving 140 miles round trip from Wellington clearly is disgusted with everything going on.
"I think it's a mess; why is it a mess? Why can't we get it right. . .we've been voting for hundreds of years. . .there's got to be a better process than this," he said… West supporters were out in force all day Saturday….

Praying EVERY West voter gets off their duff - I know many already have - and scream from the steps of the Governors office or somewhere in this district, and demand a full, fair recount.

Florida law does allow an exemption to the deadline in an emergency and West’s attorney are expected to argue that the exemption applies.
That exemption defines emergency as “any occurrence, or threat thereof, whether accidental, natural, or caused by human beings, in war or in peace, that results or may result in substantial injury or harm to the population or substantial damage to or loss of property to the extent it will prohibit an election officer’s ability to conduct a safe and orderly election.”
Good. They dang sure better allow that exemption to the deadline on this debacle.
Help put the pressure on Tea Party reps in congress to nominate Allen West as Speaker of the House.
*The speaker does not have to be an elected member of the house.
*The majority “can” control the vote for speaker, but that doesn’t mean the speaker is guaranteed to be a republican.
If the TP caucus would stick together on this they could force the RINOs to support West or chance giving the seat back to Pelosi.

I would call it an emergency when your newly certifiable numbers show 900 votes in a precinct of 7 registered voters. There are a whole lot of people who face emergency incarceration for choosing to run out the clock rather than certify these numbers.
The recount numbers must have looked real good for West, otherwise they would not have risked pulling this stunt.
By their own admission the alarm last night was the emergency that forced them to shut down early.
And the 900 votes showing up in precinct #93 where there were only 7 registered voters was the second emergency.
This may be our last chance, anyone who can get there, GO! There should be so many conservatives in the streets that they run scared. I know it’s hard to drop everything and go but we’ve all done it when we’re close enough. I really think this may be our last chance to stop the takeover.
And for those of us too far away, bombard Rubio and Gov. Scott with calls and emails to stop this criminal activity now! I’ll make my calls but we need numbers to make this work.
Please don’t give up on America, fight them to your last breath.

Ya know what?? Come next election it will be the same thing. These same people will be running the election, and the same fraud will happen.
First, Miss Walker should be in a prison hospital, and her assistant should be in prison.But it won’t happen. There probably will be no investigation, but if there is “Dey won’t find no problems” It will all be smoothed over.
UPDATE 1:47 P.M.: West going to court — Will contest certification – From “a source close to Allen West” provided to Legal Insurrection:
St Lucie missed the deadline for certification, so automatically the previous results are what go to the Secretary of State for final certification.
Our attorneys are seeing if it’s possible (today) to get an emergency extension of the deadline.
We have until Nov 30 (10 days) to contest the election in Talahassee, and then there would be a hearing scheduled in December.
Of course, the Secretary of State may decide to NOT certify the results because of the discrepancies -and we have yet to see the results of the auditor’s report which may recommend a retabulation.
Just as background, one precinct has 7 voters registered and yet recorded about 900 votes. That’s a 13,000 percent turnout.
Clearly, something is amiss.
