In there, he specifically says if you see someone ‘carrying an illegal gun’.
To: Nachum
How special. The Mayor of a major US city will give you cash if you help him to strip the rights guaranteed every US citizen, the right to bare arms. When will these fools figure out that a well armed citizenry prevents violence and not the other way around. When you take arms away from law abiding Americans only the criminals and crazies have guns? It's a recipe for disaster.
That said, I'm taking my puppy for a walk and if anyone’s interested I will also be accompanied by my M&P shield chambered with Hornady’s 115 grain 9mm JHP Critical Defense rounds and enough bags to pick up his poop. God, I love the South!

$1,000 REWARD FOR INFORMATION LEADING TO THE ARREST AND CONVICTION OF ANYONE CARRYING AN ILLEGAL GUN An illegal gun would be one carried by a felon, an illegal alien, or anyone else carrying without a permit, so I see nothing wrong with this program.

” him to strip the rights guaranteed every US citizen, the right to bare arms.”
With respect I have to disagree. I’m damn sick and tired of looking at Moochie’s bare arms. [Gud speling is impordant, cos udderwise you might get an unintentional laff.]

Make it a $100 reward for turning in your neighbor for illegal DRUGS, and they might make a dent in the crime.

My response to the article regarding if your neighbor is a police officer.
It would be wise not to say one word to your neighbor or neighbors if you have a GUN, because they would be the first to call the cops in what you have.

Next will be a reward for turning in your neighbor for illegal riches.
See a box on the curb for an 80" flat-panel HD TV? Turn him in.
See a new Lexus LS 460 sitting in someones driveway? Turn him in.
See someone go away for a Mediterranean cruise vacation? Turn him in!

An illegal gun would be one carried by a felon, an illegal alien, or anyone else carrying without a permit, so I see nothing wrong with this program. How about just an honest citizen who wants to protect himself from armed muggers in a dangerous neighborhood, in a state (NJ) where TPTB won't "grant" honest citizens a "permit" to carry a firearm, in spite of the clear language of the 2nd Amd?
You would turn that otherwise law-abiding citizen in to the police? Really?

How would one know at first glance if a gun is illegal? Does it glow in the dark or something?
To: gemoftheocean
Thanks for my English lesson. I meant “bear” instead of “bare”. What are you twelve or simply a jackass?
