The call being that simultaneous possession
According to the NFL rule book:
Possession: When a player controls the ball throughout the act of clearly touching both feet, or any other part of his body other than his hand(s), to the ground inbounds.
By that standard GB had procession and Seattle did not. Having a hand on the ball is not the same as procession.

I understand the temporary refs missing the calls (both the offensive pass interference and the jump ball at the end which, on replay, was clearly an interception), but what is of significant concern is the
regular -- not one of the temps -- replay official upholding the mis-interpretation that it was a "simultaneous catch".
On the other hand, had the call been made correctly on the field (that is, it was an interception by GB), I doubt the replay official would have had sufficient visual evidence to overturn it.
All this said, Green Bay did not play very well last night.

The black ref called touch back. How did he get overturned?

I wouldnt go so far as calling it a dirty game. The Seahawks played a great game. Their defense was spectacular. GBs second touchdown had 2 very questionable calls that gave them 7 points. The play in the endzone at the end, I've seen a couple other stills that have me thinking it was a better call than I did at first. Here's a pic with Tate's both feet on the ground and both hands on the ball. ie. Seattle has every right to be called the winners as GB. I am not apologizing for that win.
