Prayer request for my first ex-wife. Last I heard, they were trying to set up surgery to remove her appendix. She is in hospital.

Yeah, I know, ex... but she is the mother of my children and my grandbabies grandmother. The old gal could use some prayers.

Family is family, and ex’s are always family when there are kids/grandkids involved. And that’s not necessarily always a bad thing. I pray your ex’s surgery goes well for her, with a speedy recovery

Laproscopy is good. I’ve even heard of gall bladder removals being done on an out patient basis. I’ll pray for good things all ‘round.

Thanks to all for the prayers. Kid just called, and ex is still in surgery.

I feel for the kid, it's 2300, and she's got several more hours of toe-tapping at the hospital waiting. Good news is that one of her friends lives a couple of blocks from the hospital, and kid will crash there for the night, or morning... I don't expect she'll see horizontal until 0400.

She's out of surgery, they are keeping her in ICU because of resp. problems.
