[OFFICIAL CHARGES OF DISCRIMINATION FILED BY GAY RIGHTS REPRESENTATION AGAINST CHICK FIL A - IL]
The Civil Rights Agenda, a local LGBT rights advocacy group, filed multiple complaints with the Illinois Department of Human Rights Thursday, alleging that the Atlanta-based Chick-fil-A restaurant chains intolerant corporate culture violates Illinois law and a provision in the states Human Rights Act.
In our current high speed media and social media environment, Chick-fil-A has announced and caused to be published, to hundreds of millions of people, that LGBT people are unacceptable and objectionable, said Jacob Meister, Governing Board President of TCRA and the attorney who filed the complaint. They have made it clear the lives of LGBT individuals are unacceptable to them and that same-gender families are unwelcome at Chick-fil-A.

I agree with your idea. It doesn’t seem enough to a homosexual to accept their own behavior, they want to to force everyone around them to accept their behavior, which isn’t going to happen no matter how much they try. If they keep pushing, they will push too far, and will suffer from some serious backlash. If the homosexuals were merely content with their lifestyle, then nobody would bother them. It is the in your face attitude the will be their undoing.
It’s going no where. These mental midgets have to prove discrimination and can’t. This is a BS lawsuit designed to attack the restaurant and generate publicity.
It’s time for patriot states to follow the Israeli tactic and declare these Illinois pigs persona non grata.
Of course it is, they are the respondant, put your glasses on.
These idiots don't know when to stop. First of all, the COO said he personally doesn't support gay marriage. He never said gays were unacceptable or would not be served at the restaurants. How long before Chick-Fil-A Appreciation Day 2?
Here’s Obama’s media response:

I hope most of our country is waking up!
I personally love this. The blow back (pun intended dammit) will be huge. The plantiff and the lawyer that push this case are in for a world of trouble and lots of fun from the Chick-fil-A side:
CHICK-FIL-A LAWYER: So, you like to eat chicken?
PLANTIFF: Yes.
CHICK-FIL-A LAWYER: You have a male partner, right?
PLANTIFF: Yes.
CHICK-FIL-A LAWYER: Do you (describe homo sex here) with that partner?
PLANTIFF: Uh, yes.
CHICK-FIL-A LAWYER: So, based upon what you just described to us in the course of such actions you ingest human feces. Is that correct?
PLANTIFF: Uh, well, I guess so.
CHICK-FIL-A LAWYER: You are aware that our company does not offer human feces for consumption in our places?
PLANTIFF: I guess so.
CHICK-FIL-A LAWYER: You have admitted that you ingest such matter in the normal course of your daily life. Why did you not litigate against us for not providing human feces along with everything else we serve because that fits with your life style?
PLANTIFF: Uh, I don’t believe normal people would want to eat that?
CHICK-FIL-A LAWYER: Thank you.
NOTE: My apologies in advance to anyone thin skinned on this subject. I grew up around gay men (I am not one) and met 100’s of them. I knew some of the founding members of ACT UP. There goal years back and today is to keep the American public from ever discussing the physical aspects of what homosexual males do with each other. Discussing it is a stake through their heart and they have manipulated public thinking (by design) to turn away from this topic. I think it is fair to talk about but some here on FR do not. But the reality is that this is what they do. And that is fine with me. It is a free country. They are free to complain about Chick-fil-A and I am free to point out the “feces” issue. Subject to Jim Rob & Company saying otherwise but if that is the case I asked not to be banned for speaking the truth. What they do is gross, unsanitary and not natural. I’m just pointing it out.
LMAO ;-)
Classic!
So now being against same sex marriage is in itself enough to be a violation of law??
Enough with honest debate. Christophobia reigns!
.
Fundraising gimmick.
.
Just because they’re sexually and socially perverted doesn’t mean they’re stupid...
They're launching a Blitzkrieg against the Chik-fil-A owners for the crime of being Christian.
Typical Obama constituents, following their leader.
“I truly believe the civil war is very close.”
Nope. We’re still on page #1. The stages to a civil war:
1. Choose up sides.
2. Hurl insults.
3. Muster armies and weapons.
4. Skirmishes that include shootings and deaths.
5. The war starts.
Don’t know what was redacted, but the second page (where he says he’s a Christian and lives with his partner) has the name John Zaharakis at the top. Appears there’s only one John Zaharakis in Chicago, and he owns a gay bar. And it looks like he’s filed some suits over his bar (google it; it goes to a gay website so I won’t post link).
This is the entire purpose of these “Human Rights” commissions and laws. The enforcement is against free thought. We’re the target.
Right - they twisted it all around to suit the MSM’s agenda.
“Intolerant corporate culture”...code for Christianity in this case.
Unless the plaintiffs have some concrete evidence of discrimination — and being a restaurant patron who is upset because a corporate officer said he doesn’t think gays should marry is not discrimination, but a difference of opinion — then this is a frivolous lawsuit. The attorney should be brought before the bar and the defendants counter-sued for libel, harassment and wasting space on the court’s docket.
That is the only way to stop this. Make them think twice and thrice before filing something if there is the chance of them leaving with empty wallets.
I agree: With this pending lawsuit (which may well morph into a multi-million dollar class action law suit against CFA Corp. if the past teaches us anything ) the last thing needed is “hostile elements at the kiss-in”.
The policy of “perception’s supremacy over intent” is horrible: fascist, frightening.
Well, if you were going to point it out, you did so with style, humor, class, and guts. ;)
