In the wake of the recent memo from the Obama administration which announced “prosecutorial discretion” in dealing with illegal aliens, Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents across the country have been speaking out what many of them are calling a “backdoor amnesty.”
On Wednesday, ICE Union president Chris Crane told PRNewswire:“Any American concerned about immigration needs to brace themselves for what's coming. This is just one of many new ICE policies in queue aimed at stopping the enforcement of U.S. immigration laws in the United States. Unable to pass its immigration agenda through legislation, the Administration is now implementing it through agency policy.”
Crane continued: “ICE and the Administration have excluded our union and our agents from the entire process of developing policies, it was all kept secret from us, we found out from the newspapers. ICE worked hand-in-hand with immigrants rights groups, but excluded its own officers.”
Also ignored by the press, was last year's no confidence vote ICE agents gave Obama appointee, ICE director John Morton.
The National ICE Council represents about 7,000 agents and support staff.
Those agents, just as many American citizens are also convinced that the new policy, which gives special preference to illegal aliens who have a relative who has served in the military, those who are enrolled in any education program and even those who are pregnant or nursing is simply to a move from an unpopular president, desperate for re-election.
Crane said: “The desires of foreign nationals illegally in the United States were the framework from which these policies were developed. The result is a means for every person here illegally to avoid arrest or detention, as officers we will never know who we can or cannot arrest.”
Perhaps, most troubling are the “secret” orders under which ICE agents are reportedly now operating.

The dems are absolutely thrilled about that coming age of permament political dominance. They`re quite willing to allow the train to jump the tracks and tumble into the canyon so long as they get to drive it.
Too true and it gives them political advantage. If they can't own the house, they would rather burn it down. Conservatives always have the additional burden of trying to preserve America. Democrats would rather rule in Hell than serve in Heaven.
Sure it was and I warned those who were giddy about their flavor of the week and their response was - how could you say those things about a conservative. Even got time out for not having a link to support what I was saying because the giddy were too obsessed with 'their candidate' and no one could talk against them. So you are one who had their eyes open - kudos!
Imagine that unless a link was provided - they refused to think for themselves and allowed themselves to be played. Immature, naive, easily deceived and unteachable voters and now the establishment is laughing how easy it was to pull off.

Just got off the phone with a good friend who was born in, lived his life in and loved the city of Chihuahua. He moved his family closer to Mexico City because northern Mexico has become extremely dangerous.

He CAN reverse that EO. The problem is with the Senate. If we can get to 51 (Rubio is not gonna tie-break a send-them-home bill), then we can get a bill through to our liking. Then Mittens can say, ooh, they twisted my arm I had to sign it.
Impeach Obama and jail him. Same for Holder, but do him first.

Deny the funding. Govt makes no money, it takes money from taxpayers. People are horrified, horrified, by the govt's actions, but never horrified enough to say "no more." All they say is, "Just you wait! In November, I vote!"
They vote for a different set of names, then send more money to the same horrifying govt that is funding TSA, implementing Obamacare, welcoming illegals, presiding over the deliberate and certain destruction of the land they say they love.

“It would be nice to think the next POTUS would undo all this EO, administrative, and regulatory damage plus enforce existing laws. Next POTUS could start by thoroughly cleaning house and putting his own people in place. The fear is Romney won’t do that.” The certainty is that Obama won’t.
