Curiously, it is CNN’s video yet your link points only to your blog.
This tends to happen accidentally sometimes.
Sheriff Arpaio is a true American Patriot. I wish we had more like him.
I think we got ourselves a square off and I’m behind ya Sherrif Joe! I am so impressed with this man. He is the only one in leadership with any guts and holds strong to his convictions. God bless him!
I’d say the first time one who has been caught and released commits a violent crime, sue the pants off of Barack Obama.
By this E.O. Obama is enabling the enemies South of our border of various names, and various named organizations.
I think this is absolute Treason aiding, and abetting those that claim our land, and advocate the overthrow of our Nation for votes in November.
Expecting nothing out of the GOP, but words.
Sheriff Joe: “We will enforce existing immigration laws.”
Is it that simple?
Why is “continue” in my tagline suddenly highlighted?
A bug in the system?
His parents were Italian immigrants. Some people here would want to check out if they became citizens. BTW Arpaio turned 80 yesterday.
If I understand it correctly, Sheriff Joe has to hand over any illegals they find to the feds. Now it just means that they’ll check to see how long they’ve been in the country and if it’s long enough they’ll issue a work permit for them and let them go. Whereas before now they just let them go to be caught again.
But I grant that I don’t understand what the new Arizona law impacts. I know it involves whether they can require proof of legal residency. But I don’t think a state is able to deport people. Somebody correct me if I’m mistaken on that. If states can’t deport, then the feds have a monopoly on this whole issue and we will NEVER get immigration law enforced until we’ve got people in ICE who obey the laws.
We should check out anything that impacts a candidate’s eligibility.
Did you listen to BO speach today? He could almost have been talking about himself when commenting on the kids not having control of “what happened to them”.......Is he setting up his followers to accept his poor me plight?
Good veep pick for Romney. Could give him a boost in those southwestern swing states - NM, NV, CO
A good statement that Romney could make....”Mr. President, stop trying to make us feel guilty for the immigrants. You should be telling the kids of these parents to ask “Why did you do this to us?” The the President should ask the parents...”Why did YOU do this to your children?” We are not the guilty ones and won’t accept this regulation.
I avoid listening to him whenever possible. Literally. I turn down the radio if a news clip comes on with him talking. I would have the same reaction as Joe Wilson, or worse.
I still feel bad when I think of that morning when Obama released his forged long-form. I was working in the back of the newspaper office and shouted “A$$HOLE!” My supervisor came back and asked if everything was OK, and I realized that he was afraid that people coming in the front of the store might have heard me.
I think I could probably count on one hand (maybe two. lol) the number of times I’ve let profanity escape my lips in real life. I’d like to keep it that way. So I don’t listen to Obama if I can possibly help it.
Your getting mellow in your old age......(just kidding)
My GOP Senator (Rubio) has already spoken as expected.
I just read your reply, and went to the forum to find this at the top of the page:
