On Thursday night, Sean Hannity sat down with Harrison Schultz, an Occupy Wall Street organizer. The segment was confrontational right off-the-bat with Hannity questioning Schultz about the violence in the movement, and eventually leaving nothing unsaid, offering a fiery suggestion to Schultz.
Schultz started off the segment by thanking Hannity for letting a dirty hippie come in and express his views, which didnt sit well the the host, who pointed out he never said anything about being dirty or a hippie. From there, they moved on to Schultz saying Hannity made fun of his friends.
Hannity asked, The ones having sex in public, doing drugs and defecating on cars and breaking store windows, cursing out police approximately all of that? You mean those guys? The following conversation consisted of Hannity asking questions and not quite getting answers.
He asked Schultz why a special, protective rape-free zone tent was set up following the rape that occurred. Hannity asked Schultz for evidence, to which Schultz said The New York Times had reported that the NYPD sent rapists to the park. Schultz said it was a cynical, effective tactic by the authorities. Hannity further asked whether all the violence was a police conspiracy.
We then learned that Schultz is 29, and formerly worked as a a business intelligence analyst, but was laid off. He is currently in graduate school, paid for by student loans. Eventually, the segment came back to a point where Hannity began: what Schultzs issue is with capitalism. He noted that he saw many protestors with Macs and iPhones. This is capitalism, he said, You create goods or services that people want, need and desire. Right? The Occupy movement fits the model, he said.
Schultz said the model is broken. Asked why, he said, it is failing people, such as myself. Hannity then told him: Maybe if you werent spending your time with the quote, homeless people who were brought in by the police to rape people, maybe you could have been out looking for a job?
Hannity pursued his point about Schultz, and those like him, wanting things for free. Who is going to pay for your house, car, dental care, health care, education, who pays for that? he asked. Schultz replied, Nobody! Its free.
You dont work, you get free money for school, and youre f***ing complaining and whining, Hannity started, before finally exploding, offering Schultz a suggestion:
You are 29 years old. Stop wasting your time at Occupy Wall Street. Heres a novel concept, get up at 6:00 a.m., shovel coffee down your throat. Hit the pavement, find a job, stop whining, stop complaining, stop blaming and get your ass out of bed, like everybody else in America, and get to work. How does that sound?
Schultz said to give him a job and hed go to work. About jobs like a dishwasher or cook being beneath Schultz, Hannity asked, Hanging out with with rapists, people having sex in public is more fun?
Its more dignity in that than hanging out on a show like this with you, he replied.

Like shooting fish in a barrel.
It was indeed great!...Watching that idiot leftist do a complete hammna hammna hammna stuttering and stammering!
“Why don’t you get off your ass and get a job?” was an excellent question!
I thought it was a horrible segment. That Occutard maggot didn’t deserve the air time he got. He’s lived over a quarter century and been a parasite all his life. That ridiculous line this clown gave sayind he had worked as a “market reserach analyst for a paper-clip manufacturer” was so easy to grab onto, and Hannity completely missed it.
The entire interview was infuriating and disappointing. Hannity is too slow on the pickup, because he’s always thinking of the next one-line cliche he’s going to parrot, rather than listening to what people are saying and responding directly to that. Rush and half a dozen other talk show types would have dissected every lying word, and torn that parasite a new ‘arse.’
Hannity is really at his best when he’s doing high-energy combat like he did last night.
Apparently collectivism cannot be "destroyed" this side of the Lord's return. For thousands of years in the the history of mankind, the rule has been tyranny. Free societies have been rare exceptions and generally only last about 150 years.
Today, everybody knows that Communist Russia and Communist China were/are failures and socialism is a bankrupt system. Everybody knows America is the freest country in the world and a shining example of the success of free-market capitalism where people risk their lives to come because of freedom of opportunity.
Nevertheless, societies all around the world including America still gravitate towards Socialism. Logic and plain common sense does not dissuade this push. Milton Friedman explains some of the reasons why. He also gives clear and lucid analyses about why socialism is a failed philosophical and economic system.

Yes, the fight for freedom is never ending and we should fight for freedom. But it helps (me at least) to have this thing in perspective.
They did have to cut his audio twice. I didn’t think he could ever cuss while doing a show.
With these libtards the slogan is not "Get off your ass; pick up your shovel and find the promised land" but "Put down your shovel; sit on your ass; this is the promised land".
(An oldie but goodie)
I agree... though I do like that scrappiness he shows from time to time. One time on his show, in the studio, he called out scumsucking NYC City Council thug Charles Barrons to make good on his wanting to "slap the first white man he saw."
It was great. But I believe Hannity could do so much better. If he could force himselft to be more patient and give guests just a little more room to make stupid comments, he could be more effective.
I wanted him to ask, what should we do instead of capitalism? What is causing capitalism to be “not working anymore?” Let the guy talk and actually address his stupidity.
Hannity seems to have an entire script of what he wants to say that is dependent upon the answers he has predicted his guests will answer. I wish he were less leading (or at least make the leading questions more subtle).
Still, it was nice to see and idiot make a fool of himself.
He whined about the National Debt, and yet he wants free everything?
Didn’t the moron just contradict himself?
“Schultz said to give him a job and hed go to work. About jobs like a dishwasher or cook being beneath Schultz, Hannity asked, Hanging out with with rapists, people having sex in public is more fun?
At 17, I was ashamed of my first job. I worked in a steel mill-on midnights, so I never saw my friends who were all out having a ball every night, that summer. When I got home at 7:00 a.m., I was so dirty that my mother wouldn’t let me in the house. I had to undress and bathe in the basememt.
It’s called W O R K!
Hannity: Who is going to pay for your house, car, dental care, health care, education, who pays for that?
Schultz: Nobody! Its free.
Ahhhh, a classic example of the intellectual failure of Big Govt Education!
“Hey Punk, where you goin’ with that button on your shirt?
Hey Punk, where you goin’ with that button on your shirt?
I’m goin’ to the love-in to sit & play my bongos in the dirt.
Yes, I’m goin’ to the love-in to sit & play my bongos in the dirt.”

The liberal mantra. They are a sick bunch of people.
That is what I wish they’d do more of. Sometimes, the best things to do is lets them hang themselves. Lets them spout off their idiocy.
It was great but it could've been better this way.
Hannity: I've found a great position for you. You have to get up early and work all day doing things you like doing in marketing and managing. Are you interested?
Schultz: Sure! It sounds great! How much does it pay?
Hannity: Nothing! It's free!
I would've loved seeing the putz's face after and exchange like that.
That would have been great.
But the occutard might’ve keeled over from brainlock.
