Part of the hypocrisy of the "anti-bullying" movement is that the concept of bullying is never defined in a meaningful way. Evidently, bullying is one of those things that is defined by the "victim."
Hence, we have the spectacle of the man who created the video "It Gets Better" can speak against the bullying of gay kids, but then turn around and bully kids with Christian beliefs - and get away with it.
Fox News:
As many as 100 high school students walked out of a national journalism conference after an anti-bullying speaker began cursing, attacked the Bible and reportedly called those who refused to listen to his rant "pansy asses."
The speaker was Dan Savage, founder of the "It Gets Better" project, an anti-bullying campaign that has reached more than 40 million viewers with contributors ranging from President Obama to Hollywood stars. Savage also writes a sex advice column called "Savage Love."
Savage, and his husband, were also guests at the White House for President Obama's 2011 LGBT Pride Month reception. He was also invited to a White House anti-bullying conference.
[...]
Rick Tuttle, the journalism advisor for Sutter Union High School in California, was among several thousand people in the audience. He said they thought the speech was one thing - but it turned into something else.
"I thought this would be about anti-bullying," Tuttle told Fox news. "It turned into a pointed attack on Christian beliefs."

I put the terms in quotes.
I suppose I should have included a (sic) eh?
Ah, yes, the whiny anti-bullying movement strikes again.
I do get your point.
I was just being lazy. It’s such a bother to type out “the person with whom he lives and performs unnatural acts of perverted affection which are an offense to God, Man and Nature.”
My bad also. My post was not a dig at you. I should have explained better. In my mind, the fact that you are a member of this forum, implies that you have the intelligence to differentate. Those who monitor or check this forum, to wit: certain members of the media, do not.
Well, you were right.
I should have included a (sic) ..... with and extra letter - (sicK)
“They also said it provided a “teachable moment” for students.”
That phrase is getting overused. Just saying.
“Zero tolerance for any criticism of their ways. Violent response to those who dare to.”
“Standard Operating Procedure for all those in league with The Devil.”
Oh.... haven’t you heard? The Devil doesn’t exist. He said so himself. And Muslims say they worship the same G-d as Jews & Christians. Said so themselves. Hmmm......
On the upside 100 students walked out - there is hope!
What a cute couple. Wonder which one is the F***er, and which one is the F***ee?
It gets better? Really? When you are literally rotting away from full-blown AIDS?
I’m actually surprised they haven’t taken a swipe at Judaism, since the Torah forbids same-sex relations.
I would have said much worse, actually.

Dan the Perv Savage is really making it into the news lately. The anti-bullying campaign is all about pushing homosexuality onto kids and recruitment and forcing everyone else to bow to the agenda or shut up. "Bullying" to these band of perverts means not "embracing" gaydom. Or is that gaydumb? Savage is really after the kids, note the article pinged out today wherein Savage the perv says there are "good pedophiles".
Had a Christian minister yelled at a bunch of gay students - the New York Times would have covered it.
The New York Times has a style book for punctuation - but not one for how to cover stories with consistency? They've got to get real...
Too bad that the biggest kid on the football team didn’t walk up and give that bully a knuckle sandwich!
I posit that LIEberals are bullies who have never had to take responsibility for their words or actions. My experience with bullies is that once they realize they will be held responsible (IOW, knuckle sandwiches), they straighten up and fly right.
IOW, getting knocked on your ass a couple of times tends to have a civilizing effect on future behavior.

Gays are great ones for “Free speech for me but not for thee” and “do as I say, not say what I do”.
I lost a long time (since grade school) close friend (gay) recently over this same issue. I said bullying isn’t limited to gays and he freaked. It ended with him telling me I HAD to accept (approve) of his homosexuality and couln’t say it was a sin, but he could say Christians and conservatives were stupid (and worse) and I couldn’t defend myself.
Their hypocrisy is astounding.
They just want to be the ones doing the bullying.
