true conservative Pat Toomey
Since when is voting for fags in the military a conservative issue. Funny how everytime I bring this up it gets ignored because nobody wants to see how right Santorum was.

Do you recall how many Senators and Congressman actually looked at the contents of boxes of material in the basement of the Congressional office building during the Clinton impeachment?
I don’t either, (Not sure if Rick looked.) but it was pretty small, almost miniscule as I do recall and none of those who did look had positive feedback.... most would not even go down the elevator to get a sampling of what crawled across the piles of documents.
One of the reasons we are where we are today.. The failings were of those charged with duties above their vomit levels.. the whole ‘Lott’ of them..
but They passed , No, abrogated their constitutional duty and now we have a world as corrupt as the olden days in Rome or Munich..
If not Newt or Rick, whence cometh our destruction?

Toomey is a true conservative? True conservatives don’t support homosexualizing the military.

Oh please, the negatives for Newt and Mitt are so huge you really have to scrape the bottom to try to drag Santorum down to their level. No he’s not perfect but them neither was Reagan.

(Brutal acts of commission and yawning acts of omission both strengthen the hand of the devil.)
From the article:
“...After the House impeached Clinton, the House Managers brought the case to try before the U.S. Senate.
Trent Lott and Rick Santorum did everything they could behind the scenes to destroy the House Managers case and guarantee Clinton would never face a fair trial.
Under Lott and Santorums plan, the Managers were denied the right to call a single witness or place before the Senate any trial evidence to show why the House impeached the president...”

Here is all the proof you need to see that Santorum, in fact, killled the impeachment proceedings against Bill Clinton, just another reflection of how Santorum is the face of Conservative Purity in Name Only (CPINO- which also sounds like the name of an exotic small wolf dop that yips and yips and yips at everyone ankles):..
Uh, Clinton was impeached. Are you talking about the trial by the Senate?

Truth be told, and I remember that era very well and knew people in positions of power, it was the CLINTON WHITE HOUSE which got moral, skirt-chasing dirt on some considerably high-level American politicians, and threatened to use it against THEM, and got THEM to backpeddle on the impeachment proceedings and removing that man from office. Simple blackmail or at least provocative threats of blackmail (over whiskey and cigars at the White House). I think Rick Santorum is not the target here. You may well be very surprised who it IS/WAS.

What a totally lame posting.
I was there, and remember it all.
Was I disgusted that Clinton wasn’t removed from office?
You betcha.
However, I understand their reasoning.
Would you want a recent incumbent Al Gore?
Stop with this nonsense.

One more thing...it was Trent Lott who ultimately prevented Clinton’s removal.
