WASHINGTON, D.C. – Each year the Ronald Reagan Legacy Project asks governors from all 50 states to issue a proclamation declaring February 6th “Ronald Reagan Day”. I’m amazed Martin O’Malley signed - maybe he doesn’t know who Reagan was and thought he was a high school teacher or something.

O’Malley has probably figured out a way to tax Reagan’s legacy.

Lol. When I saw Marty signed up I fainted. Do you feel like we should just send our entire paycheck for taxes and they return a 20 spot? That seems to be where we are heading. Just last week he wanted to raise the gas tax of all things. Paying 6k a year for property taxes isn’t enough either. Taxes are Maryland’s best friend.

So my governor, Bob McDonnell, issues a proclamation honoring Reagan....after he endorses and campaigns for Mitt Romney. Ironic.

More people seem to write the Gipper's name as Ronald Wilson Reagan these days, possibly that thru him off.
